They didn’t even want to help me lift the trailer up and off my truck I had to ask him three times to get help and he just let it fall on my bumper and then he said just put four word to let it fall off l mean it didn’t hurt anything but that’s not how I would have done it when I picked it up they had a jack to lift it up

Well when I arrived to completed my mobile pick up, which went semi smooth. Upon arrival I did notice the equipment I asked for wasn't in the truck, ones I went into the office I was greeted by a sleeping employee. Its very unprofessional.

I do not understand why they say they charge a price and in the end they end up charging more than they should. .

Overall, great…The renter was friendly and completed the rental quickly. The cargo area was not swept and contained lots of small bits of trash. Photo of that included when the truck was rented.

JD Plumbing location on Camp Bowie (Fort Worth TX) was superb! Thanks for your timely assistance. This location, however, was my alternate location for the car dolly that I scheduled for elsewhere. The main U-Haul location, at 1000 Alta Mere in Fort Worth, was my originally planned, primary pick up spot. The website took my reservation but did not have the equipment when I showed up to pick it up. The staff outside was RUDE and the inside was unable to assist. When I called back to ensure my reservation was cancelled, the women seemed lost and untrained. She kept blaming the website's inability to perform correctly. Terrible! I will never go back to that location again, and I will gain pleasure referring all who ask, away from that location! Terrible! Thanks again to JD Plumbing U-Haul. They really helped me out at the last minute, and are good at what they do.

Having someone in the office would have helped me list my complaints. They propmtly called me and handled the return despite no one being present. The employees were very polite and accomodating.

The truck was filthy filled with cigarette butts and ashes, and trash from previous rentals. The "check engine" light was on and it was rented to me with less than a 16th of a gallon in the gas tank. Pathetic.

The trailer I rented had bearings that were completely shot, tires that were close to bald, and had a fine black dust like grinding dust in the cargo space that got all over everything. Obviously the trailer did not receive proper maintenance and should have never been in the fleet of rentable equipment.

The Truck Share process was annoying. I had already previously uploaded images of my drivers license. Took too long for a live agent to verify it was me before check in could even begin. There were no pictures of the truck on the check in, so I had to dispute condition on every side of truck and take my own pictures. It should be noted that I did not choose the Truck Share option. A couple of days before my rental, uhaul called me to see if I could pick the truck up a day early since the location would be closed on Sunday. Since I was moving from an apartment, this was not a viable option for me. Truck Share was their solution and "you just need the app!"

Truck had check engine light on. Did not have the equipment I requested. Had to go to another location to get a new truck.

The drop off was done after business so there was not interaction with personnel

When we arrived a little before 4pm the location was closed even though they were supposed to be open til 5pm. When we were able to get into the truck with the help of a Uhaul rep we started it up and it said 2 miles until we were out of gas. Not knowing what was around us we were lucky to find a gas station where I put $100 in before we even started our trip.

Worst Uhaul experience in 25 years of dealing with your company. The worker on scene did not want to help me whatsoever. The worker on scene was rude, unhelpful and told me right from my immediate contact with him that his company really did not make any money from uhaul business and that it wasn't worth his effort to have to deal with me. I cannot emphasize how non helpful and rude this young man was. An absolute horrible representative for the uhaul company name. The trailer I rented was missing parts for the hitch which I luckily had in my tool bag. The trailer wheel restraint straps had been cut on one side, leaving me only one real strap for securing the front of the vehicle. All four tires were low on air,
