I've used uhaul quite a bit the past several years. This has been hands down the worst time ever. The digital transformation uhaul is attempting needs a lot of work. LONNIE FERGUSONI just recommend making sure that there is a little more gas in the vehicles I only had a quarter tank to start which can be enough but for me as a person who prefers to wait until I'm bringing the truck back to put gas in so i know how much i used it can be a little difficult

That is terrible. Who hung up on my call? I had a terrible experience and want to tell you all about it, so call me back. I am not waiting another hour for nothing!

Brian Johnsonu haul promised a discount for not having the kind of equipment I had reserved. I had to drive in a snowstorm to La Grande to get the truck, then drive back to Enterprise to loafd and pick up the auto transport, then back to La Grande to load my car. Personnel we new and not trained on paper work or car tiedown.

GERALD MCLAINThe people did not know what they were doing, multiple people were taking photographs of my ID card with their personal cell phones, I had to hook up the trailer for them, and they did not have the wiring adapter to allow me to leave with a working trailer.
