But everything was corrected and taken care of by a dispatch rep named Aubree.. She was very helpful and corrected the problem. Also when we went to pick up the truck Jolene was very nice and helpful. Other than the first person we worked with everything went fine.

Alfonso AI was not informed that my original pickup location was out business and stock. This severely impacted my departure time and I had to rent a trailer that cost 2x as much. The Woodland Park location was very helpful.
Joanne TShop was closed when it was supposed to be open. Took 90 minutes to get keys using phone app. I was over an hour late meeting the eight people waiting on the truck. Very exasperating and disappointing.

Greg HThe manager on duty, Julia was awesome. We ended up not being to use the trailer we originally requested and had to swap it out for a larger one. She did it super fast and was very pleasant about it. Then she helped me quickly unhook one and attach the other. We will be coming back here for all our Uhaul needs.

Michael CJolene is the reason we rent moving trucks from UHaul. She does an amazing job of helping make truck rental go smoothly. She is the reason we will return to the Woodland Park UHaul befor going to Home Depot to rent a Penske truck. We recommend you pay the lady her value, We will go somewhere else if she isn't there.

Telephone system needs to be updated to reflect when no one will actually be at the store during "normal business hours". Sign on door when no one is there during "normal business hours" needs to reflect the time they will return.

Carol FYour online service isn't reliable. I tried to rent from my local area it kept giving me other locations. Finally appeared that I got area I wanted, only to find out It wasn't. Charging me $ 18 for two gallons of gas and $30 to have someone drive the truck across the street to put in the gas in. What a rip off.
