Having an earlier drop off option would be nice. Maybe give the U-Haul user a temporary gate code that expires after one use so the vehicle can be dropped off before the storage part opens. Maybe have a key drop box by the front door. There are cameras everywhere.

I only learned of the charge when I questioned the amount of the invoice instead of being informed of their policy in advance. My insurance agent confirmed for me that my Safeco insurance covers my liability on U-Haul vehicles. U-Haul Corporate does not require insurance, this is a local decision made w/o the knowledge of U-Haul Corporate. #neveragain

Dorri WrightDanielle and Alex were awesome. I was very disappointed that the truck came back at noon and then went out again since I had reserved it for 5 PM. There wasn't enough time for them to clean it. The midday reservation dented the metal plate in the middle of the back and the truck was filthy. I took my broom to the grandma's attic, but it didn't do much good. It needed new wipers, an alignment (it pulls to the right) and the light in the back of the truck was missing a cover and didn't work.
