The van was worth the price for the amount of time I needed it for. Just go get a couch back from Big Lots and an old couch to a new home. However the van had an old can and an empty bottle there and wasn't really clean up front so I returned it in the condition it was given to me.

CRAIG KI dis not get the moving blankets which I booked in my reservation online. It was informed during my pickup of the trailer that they do not have moving blankets. Please make sure customers get all items during pickup whatever was booked. Overall I am satisfied with this location and the staff was also very cooperative. Thanks

Vanessa BI needed a truck bigger than 9' and they told me the only one available was a 20'. There were others sitting in the parking lot when I first came and they were still there when I returned the 20'. I paid way too much for something I didn't need.
JUDY PI would never rent from U-Haul again, I'd never want anyone I know to waste their money with this company. Charging me more than DOUBLE the original amount is so ridiculous. Yall are greedy bastards. I will never use this service again and I suggest no one else use it either. Hidden fees and charges out the ass.

JEFFREY KI was charged for 3 gallons of gas/ 14,95 I only put 9,5 miles on Canandaigua put gallons of gas in before returning. They told me that u haul does this and they can't reverse the charges. Not a happy customer
LOUIS VThe location was fine, but I had numerous issues with the 24/7 rideshare app freezing when attempting to pickup and drop off my rental. I was confused when I first arrived because the location was closed during my pickup window. UHaul should set that expectation up front that the company you are renting from may be closed and the only way to pickup your rental will be via the app.
Michael MVery easy to reserve online, staff and service at this location were excellent, truck was new (just over 10K miles) and in great condition an the price was great. Would definitely rent from here again.
RUDOLPH KThe pick up location was great but when I needed to extend the time I had it, I called the Uhaul Helpdesk and was told I was not going to be charged more for keeping it longer and I was lied to and charged an ADDITIONAL 2 DAYS WORTH of fees jumping me an additional $80.

Matt TI was rented an extremely unsafe 26' truck that shook violently over 55mph and after I pulled over I found the cooling system leaking heavily. Why? It could be the duct tape that was holding it together. I have a photo. Went to get another truck at the willoughby location and the older gentleman decided to make assumptions and hinted I didn't know how "trucks ride". I sure do but the one I was rented wasn't safe. You'd think they'd try to give me something better to drive. Sure, except the check engine light was on, which I pointed out and was told it was "due for maintenance" but the random losses of power begs the differ. Additionally, it was completely out of fuel! I asked if I could have one one the 20 other trucks and the guy scoffed at me and told me to just take the one I was given, calculate my fuel and put exactly that amount in the tank. I was in a hurry (made late due to havjng to make two unexpected stops to get a triuk and fuel it) . The truck was also sticky. Can't get worse?! Sure it can! I returned it, left a note indicating it had no fuel and to my surprise, they charged me for fuel and some "fuel service". I didnt owe for fuel! I'm still waiting for a call back from customer service. Oh, I did forget something. You double charged my card. Wondering how that's going to be explained. I'm pretty sure this is fraud. I need a call back or I'm going to make a few calls of my own. This is willful disregard for safety and charging my card multiple times is almost certainly fraud as I didn't authorize it.

John WThe suspension was rough very rough. It was in good condition considering it's a moving truck scratches and stuff show it's been well used. The suspension should be fixed though it was a bumpy ride for Sure.
Daniel HU-Haul app is horrible. The process to go through before getting the keys is long drawn out and could be done in a more clear and speedy process.

George PMy pickup location was moved several times resulting in me getting my truck late and me driving several hours to get a truck. Not what I expected with a reservation.
Suzanna AI opted to retrieve the truck via the "convenient" U Haul app, but the geolocation was not working - for pickup or drop off. I had to go inside the store, to which the employees working didn't acknowledge me until they were done conversating and checking their phones. As a customer, on moving day, having to wait for employees to even notice I was standing in front of them, was upsetting. The truck cab was dirty, with spilled, sticky beverage in the cup holders and the steering wheel was so filthy, my hands were sticking to it. I wasn't expecting luxury, but I also wasn't expecting filth. However, the truck served it's purpose, to which I am grateful.

De'Carla HStaff at Lake Erie Lawn & Garden U-Haul location was very helpful and pleasant. I checked-in online and my time at the coounter was minimal. Trailer was in very good condition, easy hookup and wiring connection was easy. I thought the price was very fair and return of the trailer was super simple. I would recommend this location - very satisfied with everything.
David BU-Haul website was havin trouble at this location at 9am on Saturday and the people at the counter said it happens a lot. I didn't get checked out until 9:30. Also I was charged for two day rental when it should have been one. The people on the phone when. Reserved said it would be a one day rental. Overall reservation process was bad.
Matthew GEverything went great, including drop-off. I appreciate that they were open on Sunday when I picked up the truck and had someone there to handle the transaction and give me the key. I had a bad experience earlier in the day at my originally scheduled location, Powerline in Mentor OH. The facility was closed and the truck was there but the key was not where the instructions said it would be. I was fortunate to be switched to Lake Erie Lawn & Garden.

Hope Scustomer service was very poor. Stood in an unattended store for 15 minutes, until a worker came from the back "yard" where he was with his friends messing around. prior to arriving at the store i called at least a handful of times and not once was the phones answered. While waiting in the store for 15 minutes, the phone rang numerous times as well and went unanswered bc the employee was literally outside in the back messing around with his friends, who do not work there
NADA HUhaul has still not returned the rest of my money. The automatic system was horrific, customer service hung up on me twice, and it took 2 hours to pick up my truck rental, so I was late it was just horrible. Ill never use them again. They were supposed to call me the next day bc sustem wasnt reading mileage right and my estimated bill was like 80 with 30 miles but i only went almost 10 miles they took 100 and have NOT made it right and gave the rest of my money back its been 3 days
Alexis BStarter on the truck was malfunctioning, had to attempt to start 3 or 4 times before the starter would catch. the door for the cargo area took two people to close, it's going hurt someone!!!!! other than that the passenger side was floor was covered in mud. truck ran well but needs maintenance or retirement???? Service associate was very good in handling the pick up of the truck..

Frank PTell the client that not only do you charge $1 per mile but also to gas up or we'll screw you for more money . I thought that $1 per mile included gas. Had I known that it did not, I would have filled it up myself.
Anthony AI filled up gas tank until it was completely full by mistake. It had 3/4 of tank when I picked it up. I asked if I could get a credit but they said no.
