Was not swept out before we rented it. When we called on Thursday night for a rental, the managers did not tell us that the rental would be more expensive on Friday through Sunday. We would have picked it up Thursday evening instead of Friday morning if we would have know the price difference was 50 cents per mile.

You moved my pickup location to an hour drive North of my location at the last minute, which caused my a tremendous scheduling issue, as well as a substantial cost to drive myself up to that location, as well as drive an hour back south in order to load my uhaul. Instead of a monetary refund or discount for this major inconvenience, I received extra miles and an extra day. Neither of which I needed at all! I needed a truck to go from point A, to point B. My time and miles were already set. Extra miles and time did NOTHING for me. 2.) when I arrived to pick up my Uhaul, the truck was filthy and none of the pictures matched. Looked like somebody went "mudding" in the truck. Floorboard and cab were covered in mud, the truck box interior was covered in mud, tires, bumpers, entire exterior were all filthy, the front bumper was broken and held together with duct tape. When I went to upload pictures to show that mess and damage, I was only allowed one picture to dispute. I am incredibly disappointed in my experience and not only will I not look for other options for any future moving needs, but I will also never recommend Uhaul to anybody I know.

Cheryl BThe cost went up from $255 to $379 because Sioux Falls did not have a 26' truck. I had to add travel time, my gas, and extra cost to rent a truck in Madison. Also, I rented at least 6 to 7 uhaul trucks in my "moving" career. This last truck was the worst of them all for a smooth ride. Need new suspension.
Robert DRon at the location was phenomenal. He made sure everything was as needed and accommodated me as best as he could. He made the process very easy. Because of him, I will always recommend his location for anyone and everyone moving in the community.

Glen ERon is the BEST uhaul person I've dealt with in two years. HORRIFIC experiences in Twin Falls IDAHO forced me to lose THOUSANDS, THOUSANDS of dollars and traumatic physical experiences. Still paying storage MONTHLY in Twin horrified I have to deal with them again. Ron is professional, communicative and super helpful. He ensures equipment is OUT OF SERVICE with my name so I don't repeat HORRORS of Twin Falls ID. I recommend his location to everyone!!!

larry sThey were rude, abrupt and unhelpful. I was told they would contact me when they figured out why my reservation wasn't in their system for drop off. Then I was charged for things that I didn't know i was gonna be charged for because no-one gave me a phone call like they said they would. I was charged things that I had ko control over like a wrong drop off fee for today when 12/28/2021 was my drop off date and the location was the same location as my reservation.

LARRY JThe Uhaul facility closed at noon Saturday, and closed Sunday, the app would not acknowledge I was at the Uhaul location when I tried to do the self drop off, I called the 701 number the rep I talked to said she would check in the rental. I had it 1 day, was allowed 2 days. On Monday I received notice that I was being charged an additional day rental. I called the facility and he said he can't get any Uhaul representatives to assist him to get it corrected. Also I brought the rental back with more gas than when I took it and was charged for 2 gallons of gas. Not a good experience with Uhaul
JANE KI had a bit of trouble finding the location at night. The GPS said it was in an empty lot. When a police officer came by to see what we were up to. He helped us to the lot down the street and said it happens often. The staff I talked to on the phone were excellent and got everything taken care of quickly.
MARCUS MThe address was different then where we found the actual location. Thankfully it is a small town and there were other uhual trucks in the lot.

Danette MThe site that I picked up the trailer was ok but I shouldn't have been there in the first place. I was supposed to pick up a trailer closer to where I was moving from but the people there were not there and neither was the trailer. I called regional office who had me check another location and again there was no trailer. I was then sent 30 miles away with a chance that a trailer would be there and this is the location that I picked the trailer up. The person at the regional office was very nice and helpful but the whole experience with uhaul was terrible and I wouldn't recommend uhaul at all.

PERRY AI had reserved a 15' truck from S&S Auto Sales in Brookings, SD. When it was time to pick up the truck, I realized it was going to be too small. Lynanne at S&S did an incredible job in promptly locating a 20' truck for me at Lake Herman Auto Sales in Madison. All-in-all an excellent experience working with both locations in Brookings and Madison!

Mark GIssue with reservation. UHaul headquarters contacted. However, no communication on resolution. Our trailer was given out to someone without a reservation leaving us hanging. We used a smaller trailer which was not adequate. The owners at the facility did their best to offer solution.
