Bert Argyle was amazing and took excellent care of us. (We needed a 10 or 12 foot truck and a 26 foot was all that was available. We rented it anyway but more options would be great.)

The gentleman with a smile on his face, met me at the gate, as I was pulling in and said welcome, he offered to unhook my trailer for me, so I didn't have to back up, greeted me with a smile, and answered every question I had or complaint thoroughly And I was extremely impressed by this gentleman's knowledge and skill set on dealing with people. Within five minutes this young man was able to restore my faith and trust in Uhaul, that I have been accustomed to over all these years. Please let the management at Uhaul understand it's representatives like this gentleman that make you who you are. He is the face of Uhaul and I consider myself blessed to meet someone like him in my time of need.

Sharon BExcellent service à la clientèle. The gentleman assured me and provided assistance after buisness hours. Exceptional service and will provided return buisness with the Boat Storage people. Issues, But, lack of trucks provided by U-Haul to this buisness. What I mean is this place is gambling on people dropping off a 20 Foot or bigger U-Haul truck for them to provide to other customers. This personally affected my visit and experience. For a in-town request, I was informed by U-Haul customer service that the only available truck would be in Kanab, UT which is 70 miles away. Therefore for a basic "in town" rental my wife and I had to drive my personal car to Kanab for me to pick up the truck I needed and then proceed to drive back to Page, AZ with the 20 foot truck and my personal vehicle following me back. Waste of gas and a waste of my time. The customer service provided me an additional day free of charge but that didn't include additional mileage charges. U-Haul managers and higher ups please understand that this is a flaw in your truck share program and also a huge inconvenience to your buisness partners providing you business. Send them trucks and equipment they need so, the CUSTOMER DOESN'T TAKE THE BURDEN. Of course we could have went elsewhere, anywhere else to rent a truck but, in a small town not possible. Please assist your customers based apon region and availability.

John SWhen we picked up the uhaul she was 30 min late. Uhaul was not clean and ready we had to wait again for her to clean it. She gave us another day and said she will not charge us which she did. She said to engage parking brake while towing which started smoking and ruined my rear brakes. Then we hit rain and passenger side wipers didn't work. I'm VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED

Brian SIndividual locations are usually good. U-Haul's reservation system is the problem. I reserved the car hauler over a month in advance. I was supposed to pickup in Tucson. A day and a half before our move, I get a call saying there is no trailer for us. None within 200 miles in fact. No help finding one either. We lucked out that we happened to be in Page and in a panic, called this location and they had a trailer available for immediate pickup.

Too back U Haul wants to charge an exta $20 to wait to return when the business is open:(.
