I can't remember the lady's name that helped us but she was so nice. My daughter's move has been a nightmare since October. We had to extend our rental another day and every one was so helpful. We accidently left some medication in the U-Haul and they called and said they found it. Thank you for being nice and helpful. Made a nice change from the rest of the night mare we have been in!!

One thing I think would be better is finding a different way to figure out how much gas you need to put in after your done. Maybe a flat rate?? Its hard to know how much to put in to make it a half a tank. I'm not complaining by no means. My experience was great!!!

The truck was unsafe. It woobled all over the road, unfortunately I had to drive super slow to get my errands done. I don't have a truck or know anyone here, as I just moved. I'm disabled and this was the WORST experience renting. Plus all the nickel and dime nonsense. I will be reporting to the BBB. Totally bad experience. I never complain, this was awful.

When A Reservation Is Made A Week Or More Prior To The Pickup Date. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THAT RESERVATION!!! I Do NOT Believe I Will Ever Use Anything From Uhaul Because If You Can't Even Get A Reservation Correct That Was Made A Week Or More Prior To The Pickup Date , You Obviously Do NOT Care About Your Customers. You Want To Squeeze Out Every Single Penny Out Of Your Customers And Your Equipment/Vehicles Are Less Than Subpar. Disgusting And Unnecessary!!!!!!!

My only gripe is that I was charged more when I dropped off the uhaul and the self service website really did not explain why. I filled up the gas and I even removed trash that the person before me had left. I really wasn't expecting to have to pay MORE in addition to buying gas when dropping my rental off.

When using cell phone verification for truck pick up; procedure takes too long and could be very frustrating.

Over all it was above average with a good representative at the site. However I am disappointed because a claim was made that the fuel tank was full. When I filled the tank to full the indicator was pointed at the "F", while when I picked up the truck, the indicator was pointing at the end of the shaded area. Clearly it was not full, so I end up paying more for gas than I should have. This is exacerbated by providing a 15 foot truck when I requested a 10 foot, which required more gas to make the same one way trip! I should receive some compensation for the extra fuel I added to the tank past the point that was claimed to be full! The attendee did adjust the required mileage by 20 miles, which was less than a few tenths of a mile from what was required. U-Haul claimed the trip was only 32 miles, which was absurd when to and from the new residence and to and from the old residence are considered.

This location charged me $21,4 for dropping the truck off after they closed at 5:30pm even when I dropped it off a day early.
