Nothing everything went good
david bCharged 25 cleaning charge when I had only moved a bed, dresser and chair. I swept it even though it did not need it. I Returned it with more gas then what I started with and only used it for 1 1/2 hours. This is not acceptable and want my money returned ASAP. Not happy....
Rebecca BWe and set up to pick up the truck through our phone and when that didn't work and we were having issues the gentleman inside was awesome and got us in and out with no issues. He was very friendly and made sure we were good before leaving

Johnny HI dropped off the truck at this location. However, I picked up the truck from this location in San Antonio Texas on August 31, 2023; and while driving and heading home, along Missouri (on September 1, 2023) the U-Haul tire went flat and started swinging my car which resulted in a bad car accident that almost took my life - my car was totaled and many of my household goods damaged.

Jose lMy rental agreement (Contract # 24256213) was charged an additional $7 after I returned the truck for the Dolly inside the truck that I never ask for and I never unscrewed or used. I never unlocked it or took it out of the truck. I was in full possession of the truck and no one else. Also, Upon entering my code CORRECTLY into the lockbox to retrieve by truck rental key, the lockbox did not initially open until I tried several times. The lock is defective.

Harry CThe truck was beat up. Was double charged rate and insurance for being 20 minutes late. Charged a cleaning fee because I could not take pictures in a rainstorm to confirm. The mobile return for this location sucks. no attendant to help onsite. Probably will never use UHaul again

BRIAN LUhaul website is painful... all your upwelling makes it difficult to navigate. Hours listed do not reflect what business are really open. Happy with my rental, VERY disappointed that you are no longer customer freindly with your website
