Had no issues with trailer..

EARL VThis location was great and very helpful. The problem was that the location in Spring that the location in Spring, where the reservation was placed did not have a truck and it cost me over 1-1/2 hours to wait for a truck to be located and get it to the location, while I was being charged for labor. Better communication bu U-Haul could have eliminated the problem and will be the reason I will work with your competitors in the future.

Diana BImprove the parking area for the trucks. It should be filled about 3 inches and paved or maybe have 1 inch gravel type aggregate spread there to keep the trucks from being in the mud and the customers having to walk through mud to get the trucks.

Rodney RWe waited over an hour for the key they forgot to put in the lock box. Our movers didn't finish because we were so behind on time and they charged us for staring over an hour late. This place also gave us a truck with no fuel. We returned it the same as we got it and charged $90 for no fuel, but that's how they gave it to us. We need to be compensated somehow for waiting 1,5 hours for the truck key and no gas!

Jamie YTow dolly had a broken wheel fairing and one of the brake lights (LED) was partially burned out, only illuminating half of the light. Other than that, the lady at the front desk was really nice.

Brian sPeople super friendly and helpful but was charged for extra 3 miles. I think the estimated mileage at pickup place could have been more accurate. Did not make any extra stops but instead of going through center of Houston pulling an auto transport I chose to take toll road which added extra 5 miles. Toll road charged me $20 to go through 4 pay stations.
allen fGuy that helped me unload trailer was very nice, but lot was not conducive to navigating with trailer. Lady inside didn't seem to have time for me and didn't give me a receipt or know about the U-Haul go app. I had to contact customer support twice to get receipt. And, explained very matter of factly that I paid for 5 days and there is no refund for returning the trailer 3 days early. One way trailer is way too expensive in my opinion. Customers should pay by the day!!

Richard BPick up and drop off locations were excellent. Uhaul.com was a disaster. We were notified 1 day prior to scheduled pick up that our location changed to 45 mins to an hour away. Why give an option of places to pick up if equipment is not available at those locations. Uhaul needs to re-haul this process!

BADR BPaper receipt acknowledging delivery of the vehicle would be better than having to wait for an email. What if there was an issue? Shouldn't I know that immediately?
john GOur initial reservation was pick up in Spring, but they did not have a trailer for us. Christina got reservations involved and they found us a trailer on Grant Rd, 40 minutes away. Lady from reservations called me to confirm we could make the timeframe. Off we went. Get there and they have no trailer. Reservations had put the time in for 11:30 pm not am. Reservations lady I called found us a trailer at Lance's Pro Plus and they were very friendly and helpful and efficient. That said, something is terribly wrong with U-Haul's system. The snafus cost us time and arrangements had to be made to allow for the U-Haul errors. U-Haul will not be my first choice ever again.

Robert FLocation was closed when trailer was dropped off, but they checked in the trailer immediately upon opening the next day. The uhaul online checkin was useless so I had to wait on hold 20 min to be told send a picture of the unit via email.
