MELINDA BRefer to the online estimate. I understand the mileage variable, but I definitely did not need the dolly and moving blankets. I made sure to not select them online and was in a hurry at the U-Haul (as most customers are) but they were in the box trailer and now I don't know if I was charged for them. That's all, other than that it was a great and smooth process.
Colton KWe originally rented a U-Haul at D & S Motorsports in Keys (Park Hill, south of Tahlequah), but on the day of the pick-up, we learned the owners had arranged for it to arrive at L & S Auto Repair and did not tell us or L & S. Worse, the D & S owners already knew they would not be in the office and did not tell us, and even if they had, they ordered the wrong size truck. We are never having anything to do with D & S again, but we highly recommend L & S.

Callie CWebsite stated the drop off location was open 9:30 - 11:30 on Saturdays. I did everything I could to get there before 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15, they were closed, and the sign on the door said they were open 9:00 - 10:00. The lot looked rough.

Sue PAt the very last minute we received text that our pickup location was changed. This was an over an hour trip that we were not prepared for. We reserved for a 20 ft truck. None were available and settled fir 15 ft. Everything was such a hassle during a stressful time if moving. Never saw anyone so hard to rate. The lady at tahlequah was very nice and did the best she could.
