No at site at appointment time had to call to have someone contact sales person then when he shows up he didn't have the keys to drop box spent over 1,5 hrs after appointment before finally getting the truck.

Cleanliness: An old piano was in the storage unit. Security: asked owner if I needed to bring my own locks and he said he'd supply. Double checked next day, no locks. Office access: owner only there when needed to collect payment. Was never at the office again. Helpfulness: no, owner denied me contract for work reimbursement. Bribed me to pay him extra for his time. Friendliness: No, lied several times amd ignored texts. Exchanged unprofessional words that I need to get over what I needed help with. Have been trying to resolve contract issue with the regional manager. Still no contract as of today.

Weird experience. No humans in sight, but a device(?) that whistled at you when you approached the key drop. Nasty stinking dumpster.

Chris and Clay were so helpful. These guys were the best moving experience I've had in 22 years of moving with the Air Force (14 Moves!).

I will not recommend this place to anyone when I picked up my stuff that I had in there only since April and it's is now only july my couches and recliner were molded they were not like that when I put them in storage

Could not get the web pafe to work and sat in cold in med country waiting on jold and still no abswer till owner came to help. Was charged way more that was told more on second day than first and had only shot time second day. Was told 100 of the cost was paid for and only had to pay 45$ then I was charged 140 plus another 167 next day .. Im pissed !!!!!

Clay was very responsive and accommodating - and on Christmas Eve, no less! He went above and beyond to make sure my rental went smoothly for my last-minute Christmas-day move. Merci.

I used the uhaul movers to help me unload. One hour before they were supposed to be there the wanted to cancel. I had no choice but call an outside mover to help me move. I will never use or recommend using uhaul to help you load or unload truck

The location was fine, but I was quoted a much cheaper price than what I was charged and it wasn't explained to me why. Also, the attendant stated the truck "ran great" and it definitely did not.

Excellent customer service and very transparent and clear about charges! We didn't have any unexpected charges or costly surprises. Clay was also extremely flexible about scheduling our pick up!

I did not know this was a drop off location. No one was there. I an 78 years old and am handicapped with a bad knee. Had to crank forever. Hitch would not com off ball. I could not get up on the bumper to jump up and down, but my lady friend could. About 9 months ago I rented a similar trailer and received great service on both ends.

Telephone contact was difficult, usually going to voice mail which did not announce that it was uhaul. Other than that, excellent service.

Excellent customer service and the gentleman was very friendly. I would most definitely recommend renting a U-Haul from this location to my friends. I've rented U-Hauls numerous times over the years but the gentleman at this location was the best I've ever dealt with and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service received.
