This place is muddy and full of potholes. It is overpriced. There are trees growing in the gutters. I moved out at the end of August and they are just now updating their system? Can't get em on phone!

While I'm not over the moon with the service at the location that's not what I'm upset by. The truck was disgusting, mud caked ramp and there were live roaches in the truck itself. I now have to have pest control come and spray my house because the roaches from the truck have made it into my new home.

This facility is a typical storage unit facility. Wish the drive was paved, its very muddy. Also, owner not always on site, had to wait for them to arrive in order to pay.

I arrived to pick up the rented 10' truck at the appointed time of 10:00 AM No one was there. At 10:15 I got a call from Uhaul that the rental person was the doctor and would not be available until 1:00 PM. There was no other 10' truck in the area, so we want home and returned at 1:00 PM. No one was there again. I finally called the rental person number and was told that he was 12 miles away and that there was no key to the truck that I had scheduled. He arrived at 1:45 and took forever to get me the 15' truck on his lot. This meant that we were now 4 hours past our start time to drive to Atlanta and pick up the furniture. This put us in rush hour traffic which set us back an additional hour. I only wanted and needed a 10' truck which had been quoted to me for $130.55. I signed to pay $145.04 with the rental person telling me that he would adjust my bill to the original price. However, the bill I received via email is for $149.52. The whole experience was very frustrating and exhausting. The rental person did seem nice, but not too concerned that we had been so inconvenienced. I really believe that my bill should be adjusted to the $130.55 or even further discounted for the terrible inconvenience.

Make sure there is a person there when the guest arrives. We told the owner we would be there between 11:30 & 12. We arrived right at 12 and there was no one in the office. UHaul corporate said they would move us to another location since we had been waiting for 25 mins. At 12:30 the owner arrived. Corporate said we would receive a discount and not only did we not receive the discount we were unknowingly charged for insurance when we specifically said we did not want the insurance when we called to say our arrive time. The staff was friendly but ignorant on how to work the computer system, needing 2 people to use it. Our reservation was also moved to another location by corporate after we had called to say the staff had arrived. Due to these delays we did not leave until 1:30pm setting us a day behind our moving schedule.

The owner called this morning to confirm that my blankets were not in the truck. He is nice and helpful. I informed him that I had called last night to the 800# to let y'all know of the blankets not having been in the truck originally.
