I genuinely question renting a vehicle with 3/8 of a tank of gasoline and expecting the renter to return the vehicle with the same fuel level. How am I supposed to know the fuel economy of this vehicle when full or when empty or how large its gas tank is? The vehicle should be provided with a full tank and provide me with the expectation that it be returned full.

The vehicle was well maintained, however there was some garbage and receipts in the cupholders, on the dash, and under the driver's seat. The vehicle could also have used a wash.

aria aThe van that l rented had not been cleaned, it had chocolate wrappers and leafs in it. Disappointed that there was not parking for my vehicle had to search neighborhood. After l returned, van was moved, l went to the area the van was parked, guy said l was not allowed to be there and wanted the key back. He confirmed l had rented the van but was still acting a bit weird. I am glad my son was with me.

The truck definitely needs brake service, and should not be rented out in that condition. I also found the app buggy and difficult to use and had to finish the registration with the service associate.

PURUI WI was disappointed to learn that the U-Haul truck could not be returned to our preferred U-Haul branch. This restriction was not communicated to us when we made the reservation, and we only found out when it was time to return the truck. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and additional planning on our end. Customers should be clearly informed of the return location restrictions before completing the rental. After returning the truck, I parked it properly within the designated parking lines. However, just as I was about to leave, customer service asked me via phone call to move the truck and park it parallel to the fence. This instruction was confusing and did not make sense, especially since the truck was already parked correctly in the designated area. Overall, the lack of clear communication and the unnecessary parking instruction made the return process more inconvenient than it needed to be.

Requested Furniture and Utilities Dolly as part of initial booking a month back but while taking the truck I was informed that Dolly was not present am not understanding why then there is an option to book a dolly as part of reservation ? 2. I looked into the service hours for Pickering Uhaul at Kingston road and closing hours was mentioned as 8 PM and I left the truck there by 7.30 PM still I was charged for after hours service charge I dont understand the reason behind this service charge 3. Truck was really old without any GPS or reverse parking camera, worst part is the passenger side mirrors are not adjustable it is fixed at specific position.
