Used location and they offered tv mounting service when I tell you he had all the truck in that box … he hid the wires and everything

Salvador VI was over charged for a truck, when I came to pick up the truck the employee gave me a key to a truck that was not registered to me it didn't match the license plate number that was texted to me. The employee told me that he was going to correct it and when I dropped off it wouldn't let me return the truck because he never switched it. I only traveled 13 miles and was charged for 20 extra miles, the gas was put back on full and I was charged for gas also. I tried calling to resolve the issue he did not pick up, Thank god I took pictures, this place is a scam and I will be reporting it.

Ahmeera BI had a reservation and even though it was only about two hours earlier, this remote location was not prepared for my arrival at all. It is a dump like building and I asked one of the two men in the shack if I was in the right place and they just pointed and said over there, not here. English was very limited. I call the number on my reservation and someone said who are you???? I was told to pick out at truck with number ####? And I had to find the truck and was given instructions how to unlock the truck, I couldn't hear because of a very loud generator being use in the shed by the two men. This was horrible.

Tinaundra tThis was the most trashy location for drop off. There was no one there to assist. The lot is literally a small field with loose wood and debris that could possibly puncture vehicle tires. There were random men parked and hanging out in the lot, so I would not recommend to any female for safety concerns.
Beverly WThe truck had someone else's shorts in the cabin as well as random papers. I noted this during the online check out process. I noted it in the drop off process but I was still charged a $25 cleaning fee because I was honest about the condition of the truck, the condition I was not responsible for. I don't think it's fair to add a cleaning fee onto someone who was reporting a mess left by the previous user.
Derrick WWorse experience ever. The truck was dirty, like there were short pants inside. Smell like someone smoked inside, and the cargo space smell like a homeless sleep there. Very disappointed. The truck has a problem with the gas valve. You don't know exactly how many games it has.

MATTHEW JNobody was there to receive the vehicle. I was told to leave the keys under the seat with the door unlocked. I left the vehicle clean and full of gas. Then two days later they charged me for not filling up the tank. That's absolutely not true. Made the mistake of not taking a picture of the full tank.

Dorothy Jthe 10in truck was not clean had alot of trash storge of the truck the front the truck was muddy and trash i spend 2hrs of my time clean this van so i can put my belongs in to move he was running and hiding inside the building locked doors he over charge me we i first enter the building it was dark he didnt have the lights didnt cut them on while i was there he has shady customer service
