I had to travel to this site to access the equipment I needed. That was a bit frustrating that I could not get what I needed locally. This issue is no reflection on the dealer in Neguac.

Annick SFirst, not able to get service in French, really disappointed. We are a billingual province. Also, after raining , some of my boxes were soaked as there was few hole in celing. Next time, i'll rent with another company.

Christie-Anne VGood overall experience but It would have been a even better experience if U-Haul had a closer rental pick-up location. I had to drive an hour to pick-up and another hour to bring back.

alain mI had to travel 200km to get this trailer because of no availability in my area. When I made this application, it showed available units, then the day before we were advised of " no availability" and was offered a larger unit, which our vehicle could not haul. This was very disappointing , with no choice. Also, English brochure should be made available. G.Mason

ADAM SThe vehicle had an emergency beeping occurring like the emergency brake was on (which it wasn't) and this went on during my entire lease of the vehicle. I'm glad I wasn't driving to Montréal...
Bob MThey gave me the truck we rented with less than half a quarter tank of gas. Therefore I had to put more gas than was necessary to return the truck in order. Also, the tires on these trucks SHOULD NOT BE IN CANADA. It snows in Canada! Summer tires, forget it. I felt like U-haul simply wanted my money ($197,75 + $85 in gas) for a days rent of a truck that was not road worthy!
PRISCILLA TService at pick up location was excellent....no complaints at all, although if the last person to rent the trailer had mentioned that a signal was burned out, the agent could have had it repaired....obviously not the agents fault. Overall, very pleased and as a repeat customer, will do business again in the future. Gerry Goguen
