This location was fantastic! The staff were very accommodating and worked with me in regards to my schedule. Very friendly and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10!

NATALIE HPlace is dirty. They had their kids in office all over the place. Not professional at all.
Faith RNo one there when truck was returned but I had to call them to make sure my truck had been checked in. Better follow up for weekend returns. Yes for recommend only because of location.

FELIX RI originally selected the store in Pocatello, so we had to change a lot of our plans to pick the truck up from Blackfoot. I don't feel like customers should be footing the miles to pick up the rented equipment
Dalyn CLights did not work properly. Was forced to not drive at night for safety so had additional hotel costs.

Travis CI rent alot of vehicles from Uhaul and Lees is by far the best location I have done business with, the staff really treats you with respect and are very professional.
Mike MPick up location was an hour out of the way from my original location. I spent an additional 2 hours getting the truck to my house.

Michael ADo not under ANY circumstances use the Uhaul website or call Uhaul. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lee's services is the only reason I would consider using Uhaul again.

Kyle EWe originally selected a location in Pocatello Idaho when we set up the reservation online. When my husband went to pick it up they told us it was supposed to be the Blackfoot location but I have no idea why that was the case when I selected Pocatello and it told us a Pocatello address in all the reservation emails we received. The same thing happened in our drop off location as well. I selected a Petersburg address and when we arrived they told us it was the wrong drop off place. Again, not sure why that was the case because all our emails told us the Petersburg address I selected online.

JUDITH BLocation closed on Sunday. I was supposed to pick up at different location but was contacted day before that pick up location was changed. Which forced me to us my phone to pick up truck instead of talking to a person.

Kristin HMake sure tank is full at pick up.. Distance (63 miles) divided by gallons (6 just after topping tank) equaled about 10 MPG. Kinda low for a small cube van truck. Needle was on the low side of F at pickup and pegged on just above F at drop off.
Nickolas NThey helped switch my ball hitch around to get good clearance. Helpful with ensuring I knew how to strap down my bike and made sure it was all connected well.
