Robbie LThe issue was with the trailer. We tightened up the piece on the tongue per the directions twice. However, the trailer tongue was rusty and in poor condition, so the trailer tongue kept getting loose after driving for about 20-30 mins. The staff was professional and all. However, the trailer needs a facelift.
Wendy WI had to drive 75 miles to pick up mt truck because Tulsa over booked the 1 way rentals. This site was good enough to let me pick up keys at their sister site but I had to drive to this on to pick up the truck. U haul DID NOT contact me 24 hours ahead of time to let me know that. They sent a txt message less than 12hours before I was supposed to get my truck telling me I couldn't get it until 9 hours after my requested time. I DID NOT get the $50 discount I was promised. Rhonda at scheduling was helpful, when I Finally got to speak with a live person after being on hold on the phone for over 50 minutes. Next time I will go with another rental company. This was a movers nightmare!

RALPH MMake sure when reserving a product, make sure you confirm the item is at the pick up location. I reserved on line only to learn the pick up location was not notified of the reservation. Therefore, they did not have t he equipment available. Fortunately, they helped locate the correct equipment at another location.
LINN DMy contract had me returning my rental to this location on 10/7 by 1pm. I arrived that day with the trailer but they were closed. The 24 hour number just hung up on me. There were new hours posted when I arrived on 10/7 but they did not take effect until the 10th. So I had to change my dropoff location. Why make a contract if you will not be open during business hours for drop off? The after hours drop offf was not an option. They would not be open until Friday, and it's not right to make me responsible for the trailer for vandalism, theft, etc. through the weekend. Also, why did this trailer not have a tongue jack? I would expect so on that heavy trailer. A VERY POOR experience all around.
Chris MOnly open 3 days a week, and even more importantly, all the employees are women (at both of his locations) instructed by the boss/owner NOT TO ASSIST ANYONE WITH ATTACHING THE CAR DOLLY or loading the car onto it, which is next to impossible to do alone and safely. I had to wait a day to find a friend who could be available to help me.

CHRIS LI ordered a furniture dolly. Arrived and they then informed me that they did not have one at that location. Offered me to drive to the other side of town to pick up another. Also, they did nothing to help and the running lights did not work as the wiring was broken under the frame. The stop lights and turn signals did so we continued on as we were to be done before dark.
Daniel FI cannot rate this facility. They were closed when I dropped-off the trailer.

Byron CI am very pleased that U-Haul works diligently to get you what you need to get the job done! The dealer was so courteous and the equipment was in tiptop shape. P.S.- A guy in an Elvis suit hooked up the trailer for me and checked the lights!

DAVID AThere was no one available to hook uo my trailor. It was a bit heavy. The left lower tail light was not working. I repaired it myself. I felt that if i mentioned the light not working I would not beable to rent it and it was the onlu one available. Miss Peggy was friendly. However, I called to give her an estimated time of arrival. When I got there ihad to wait because she decided to leave the store to buy a roll of paper towels.

MARK MThis wasn't my original drop off location. My original had moved. when I went to that location it wasn't there either. Called customer service they sent me to 2 location which wasn't open, even though hour of operation stated they would. Called back to customer service finally fine a different location they were open but it took me 2 hour to find a location & drop off the trailer. You need to update the location & hour of operation of Uhaul in Muskogee, OK.

KATHY Zgot the truck home and noticed a bubble on the tire. called in and someone was out to fix the tire within an hour. thanks for your help!!!
