Post correct phone number for pickup location. Also the hours of pickup were correctly listed allowing me to reserve a time that they were closed. To the locations credit, they did accommodate after some discussion.

trailer was parked in the mud. The location had no one to help attach and check trailer

If I don't return the truck with the adequate fuel I get charged, but if I return the truck with extra fuel I am not reimbursed for the unused fuel. I feel this policy should be changed because that is a lot of money I wasted on unused fuel and everyone making a big move like this needs to save as much money as possible. Something to consider in the future for repeat customers.

the person that was at the drop off point had a hard time speaking English and was on the phone to a third party person and the hole time they were not speaking English and I had not clue what they were saying. if this is the way U haul is going to business I will not use them or refer then to some one else.

This location was already a extra 30minutes from my house so the amount of mileage was given to me wasn't even going to cover the trip to Atlanta. The lady at the location barely spoke English, she didn't want to mark down the items listed that we saw on the truck.. The worst experience ever!! Too far out, had to pay the extra mileage ( I should get my money back for that) and rude service. I want someone to call me about this location: 334-399-4949 Stacie ford

didn't have all of the items i had ordered a week in advance. couldn't understand the rep and couldn't answer my questions. directed me to another uhaul company.

The attendant needs to be able to rent the vehicle from this location. Instead, she instructs you that you have to drive to Highland Home and do the paperwork with her husband which is several miles away. If she can't do the paperwork on the computer, she needs to be given old fashioned hand bills like U-Haul used in the past to rent trucks. The set up at this location is very inconvenient.

Location was dark and we thought not open. Employee was on the phone most of the time we were there with friend. Employee spoke very little English.
