Took an hour just to get into the truck. The truck was filthy with smooshed live bugs all over entire truck and could just barely able to see out of the windows. Truck pulled to the right-needs alignment. Customer service really stunk. Couldn't figure out how to get me into the truck. Upon return the website kept freezing up and an hour later we just handed in the keys inside the marathon station. Then I ended getting billed twice. Will never use this location ever againGail W.

The incorrect address was listed on the U-haul website. When I arrived to the listed address, the clerk had no idea what I was talking about and sent me to another store. The 2nd clerk was aware that this occurs every time, but didn't bother to notify me in advance. The website address NEEDS to be changed.Tiffany M.

Stop forcing people to take 4 pictures of their drivers license! I will never rent through the app again. There are way too many steps to do..in the dark to pick up your equipment!ADRIENNE B.
This location is a gas station. When I got there, there was only one person working and could not help me drop off the dolly and I was having trouble with the wheel straps. I was told to just drop it off anywhere. I asked for a receipt that I dropped it off and was told to go online as they had no computer to do it with. At the time I had no way to access the internet. Not everyone has cell phones. I was not about do drop off the unit without some proof I did so. The cashier was not very friendly but called another drop off point asking how I could get proof of drop off. So I dropped off the dolly at the gas station and then had to drive to another location where they had a computer to finalize the rental. That location was also a gas station with one person working and had to wait quite a while to get my final paperwork. Not real happy with Uhaul. They have lots of places to drop off a rental but what good are they if there is no one there to help you. Next time I will look into different company for a rental.Jonathan E.

There was nothing wrong with the location, however everything is done electronically using the app which is very annoying if you dont have a smart phone. What should have been a quick checkout and return process turned into a looming drawn out event of phone calls trying to get the app to work. I miss dealing with people, stayed on hold with customer service for 40 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. I will not use u-haul again if I have to use an app to reserve, rent and return. The app sucks especially if you dont know how to turn on your location settings on a smart phone.Keila C.
