JOHN KThey did not provide the moving blankets or the dolly that I ordered and paid for. They also told my daughter in law that it needed to be returned with a full tank of gas and it only had just at a forth of a tank. The house is on the west side of town and they made her go to the far East side to pick up the Uhaul, this is just not good customer service.

EDDIE HI reserved a UHaul truck through Lenco and they handled everything within a professional manner. I feel they got me a great price for the size of truck I needed. It was also easy to return the truck to them at my convenience. I will definitely use Lenco again the next time I need to rent a UHaul. Thanks Lenco

RONNIE GUsed UHAUL website to get nearest location and it kept changing the locations and said a representative would call me before the date to find best location and no one ever did. Owner of Lenco offered to give us trailer for 2 days for price of 1 day and I am still waiting for my refund. Very unprofessional. Inconveniently not opened on weekends.

TIFFANY DThe gm that works for this location is very helpful and makes the experience mug easier. However one of the other employees was not. Rude and borderline disrespectful to me as a customer. I would only recommend this if the gm was handling most of the work that I needed to get done. His employees need to be reevaluated and maybe need to retrain on people skills. Uhaul is a organization that deals with people that are already under pressure with moving so he staff Needs to be able to accOmodate the customer more than what the staff at this branch has.
MARIL PI do not think it was the person at Lenco. But the truck was really filthy and I had to take some handy wipes and clean the center console and steering wheel.
