Upon reaching destination the trailer tires were completely bald. Called roadside assistance and they came out and replaced them which was a great thing. But the U-Haul technician who replaced the tires said that the bald tires were actually not U-Haul brand tires (Carlisle) but appeared to be like a "will fit" tire thus why they barely made it on half of our journey. With U-Haul approved tires fitted the trailer pulled significantly better and there was minimum tread lost on the return journey. So my only comment would be to request and verify that the trailer tires are fitted with verified U-Haul (Carlisle brand) tires before starting a rental.

Brad SThe only problem we had was the gas cap light was on, when we filled up the tank gas leaked out.
CALVIN OAlthough we do live around the corner from a uhaul rental, they did not have our 15 ft truck and we had to drive 32 miles to Leo's and back to our town to get it. Not sure what happened we rented online so you would think if the location we chose didn't have the size we needed they would have let us know at that time.

RICHARD TCustomer service was excellant. But u-haul needs to get their computer systems updated. The wait to finalize was way to long. The lady apologized for this too. She had to call U-haul national to finish the transaction. I would rent from them again. Their equipment works as it is supposed to. The appliance dolly looked brand new. Other than the wait to finish... ( which wasn't their fault) I would rate Leo's 5 stars.
Max RThe bad thing is I am not familiar with returning a u haul on line! I did not know that you had to do that !!! The store in Searcy that I rented from never mentioned a thing about returning g it & you had to do it on line. Never told me smithing about it that why I'm just giving it an average rating .

Carl WLady was rude but I understand since the pick up location didn't do there job and add correct notes to the order. She ended up just listening to me and siding with me cause she was pregnant and didn't want to argue
Chris JThe trailer or truck that I request in a sufficient amount of time, is more times than not taken away from me. I specifically request certain size trailers and trucks and for the delivery of election equipment and supplies. When it comes time to pick them up, I'm told that the size I requested has been taken out from under me and that is very poor service! With this particular experience, I reserved a Super Hauler. The morning we go to pick it up, I'm informed that we've been downgraded to a smaller truck. This is extremely inconvenient and causes us more mileage because of the amount of election equipment and supplies that have to be delivered. Our drivers have to make several trips back to the courthouse because we cannot fit everything onto the smaller truck. Why do you all do this to the county? I have personally informed a few of our elected Quorum Court members of this situation.

Virginia IPocahontas Uhaul, Leos, always helps me. Very friendly and courteous when Nicki answers on phone or interacts in person. Truck is clean. I have 1 problem..the app when returning is tooooooo long and I can't ever get it to work as it should. Not Pocahontas Leo's fault.

Paula HI would not use nor recommend Uhaul after this experience. I paid $284,48 last night when I checked in. I even phone the location to confirm my reservation. I was told it would be ready, but closed when I go there and I would need to finish check in on the Uhaul App. Which I attempted to do. I Chose the Pocahontas, AR. location, because it was the only location that could guarantee me the unit I needed with the Appliance dolly. This location was 40 miles from my move location of Jonesboro, AR. It is a very small. When I arrived, I was unable to finish the check in online and the store was closed. A woman that worked there happened to stop by and asked me if I was there for the15' uhaul and pointed out the one o had reserved and the keys were in the floorboard. I was very disappointed in the condition of the uhaul. The passenger side mirror is taped on, there was a 1/4 of tank of gas, and the inside was not cleaned out and smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. I'm in the middle of no where and the woman had already left. Also, the Apllicance Dolly was not in the van which I had already paid for. Again, no one there to talk to and no other options since I have to move today. I expected way more out of Uhaul.
Michael RMake sure the tires are good. We had a blowout on a tire twenty miles into our trip that should have been replaced prior to renting. The main problem is we had to pay $60 to get it changed. That should have been free because it was replaced buy a uhaul dealer!
