SANDRA MANCUSOLady at the counter was very kind and friendly. Had done the check-in on my phone the previous day, but the system wasn't working so we had to do it all over again when I got there. I shovel the frozen snow out of the pickup box, removed 2inches of ice on the wipers all that while the lady was still fighting with the system. Inside of the picj smelled like cigarette and the floors were all muddy. Pickup hat 14 000km. My estimate for my rental was 30$ for 4h and 12km. They charged me a suprise 19$ for "coverage" that they refuse to refund. I had previous experiences with U-Haul, everything went well all and all. This time was disappointing.

Genevieve ThibaultAlthough this was not my first choice since the best choice is to pick the closest to the Central Station Montreal, we did received a great customer service from this location. We had to pay an extra $180 taxi fair to get to this location. If I had known days in advance of the change I could have made the necessary update to our train ride from Toronto to Montreal. I booked this UHaul a week and half in advance and went through the call centre to ensure the truck is available and i am picking the closest to the Montreal Station. It would have been helpful at this point to have a knowledgeable agent who could have assisted me at the initial stage. I do understand that information might not have been available but getting notified late Wednesday afternoon is unacceptable when I have made all arrangements for Thursday morning door to door pick up to get to take us to the GO and VIA train.

Louis DufresneLes serres Michaud sont efficaces dans la location U-Haul. L'amélioration à faire n'est pas envers les Serres Michaud, mais bien les remorques U-Haul. Les remorques devraient toutes être équipées de cric de remorque. Il faut être deux personnes pour attacher et détacher la remorque.

I also was given all necessary information. I have been using u-haul services for several years, and despite having an average service on another places, this specific place makes me feel that they really go above and beyond with the quality of service and professionalism.

Christian chartrandRien à reprocher de l'accueil et du professionnalisme à la réception. Toutefois, une simple vérification du véhicule aurait certainement permis de confirmer que sur ce véhicule le chauffage est en permanence activé. Ne pas avoir de climatiseur fonctionnel est une contrainte mais en plus, il aurait fallu y ajouter un chauffage constant alors qu'on est encore en climat d'été.

Rene DroletThe vehicle was available on site and clean. On the other hand, it is the entire informatic system linked to invoicing that is the problem! I had pre-registered online the previous Sunday with my personal estimates. Recording this, I had to start over at the rental point. So I lose 15 minutes and then the employee makes a mistake when entering my mileage data. Error that she cannot correct, so I leave a security deposit estimated at $39 which amounts to $125. I am told that when I return, this will be corrected at the time of billing. Returning 1h45 later with 15km on the odometer, I was charged for gas when I had filled up the cargo van 2,5km from the location point, invoice in support! Again, the employee is unable to correct this error. They charged me $127 for a trip that should have cost me $35. I am now waiting for a return call from the rental point supervisor and communication with u-haul customer service via email. It is completely frustrating to find that the employees at the point of deposit cannot proceed to correction of my data. Error is human, but the computer system does not allow corrections...

Francois HenriI was dying of heat. the AC was not functional. the dolly was rusted and did not have protection for going down steps. I had to carry the boxes by hand. So my experience was poor and will certainly not recommend UHaul to others.

Sonia Wozniakour truck's ventilation system was not working. Even though we had it turned off and on cold it blew extremely hot air at us in the ccab. on a day that was 26 degrees it made the move very uncomfortable
Cindy Coady100 % satisfied with my truck rental, from original booking to return and billing. Person at counter was clear about all conditions, friendly and polite. Truck cab and cargo area were spotless. Cargo area has ample tie down points to secure items properly.

Ne pas essayer de le convaincre pendant une heure, une semaine avant le déménagement, de devoir aller chercher le camion dans une AUTRE ville À UNE HEURE TRENTE DE LÀ ET L OBLIGER A PRENDRE UN FERRY OU PASSER PAR UNE AUTRE PROVINCE POUR ALLER LE PRENDRE. Le tout bien sûr en lui chargeant le temps et le kilomètrage, histoire de bien le fourrer jusqu'à l'intestin grêle.

Christian St-PierreMy Pickup was changed from 3 to 3:30 without informing me. I picked up at 3:45 after signing everything and in the file i see i picked up at 3:25. Was at drop-off location at 3:30 and in file i see 3:47 and got charged for next whole day. Totally unacceptable. I filled gas two times before reaching the drop off location. I have amount in my transaction history, i took a picture of the meter as well and still charged for fuel. Never expected that from uhaul. Very bad service

yunielks maureVery clean place but no one was there to return unit since they were closed. Had a box to put keys. Had i unexpected surcharge for cleaning and km surplus. Waited 40 minutes for pick up and would have taken another time frame to read the fine prints for this surplus but the unit was clean but not to there standards i guess. Overall pretty disappointed but drop off location is great. Would recommande.
