The girl at this location knew nothing about Uhaul except put the key in the box.
FRANCIS W.To improve the experience of the next customer It will definitely help to have the truck they rented available. I arrived at the location to pick up the 26' truck I had reserved and paid for in advance. I end up taking a 20' truck which it wasn't big enough to do the job, not to mention the extra hour I had to pay to the three guys I had hired. Would I rent from U-haul again? Fool me ones.
