Esteban CevallosUsing the application for "24/7" check in did not validate my information even though all of it was correct and my spouse was contacted. I am a previous customer having just rented a uhaul only 2 weeks prior and many in the past. The online check in wasted 25 minutes of my time. The clerk at the store is not a uhaul representative and did not know how to help me at all. The truck was filthy and even though I stated it was dirty in the pre checklist and took pictures, upon return you still expected me to clean up someone else's mess or were going to charge me 25 dollars. Fuel levels are never correct when picking up. Overall most of my experiences with uhaul are difficult and non-productive. Do not put uhauls at locations where there is not a trained professional to help.

Patrick BarberThe employee working at this location did not have knowledge of U-Haul expectations and the process for working the online checkout process. The employee was snippy with myself and two of my family members. The employee's response to her behavior prior to our leaving the site was, "oh, I didn't realize you did the online check-out." Employees at all neighborhood dealers should have knowledge of the online check-in and check-out systems.

Patrick AmannThe drop off location was closed when we returned the truck around 8pm. Therefore, I cannot evaluate that location.. It was not easy to locate in the dark because it was behind the cleaners. I only responded because it would not let me submit my other responses without doing so.

I had to use the app to return the vehicle and then after completing that process they weren't sure about taking the key. They called someone who was also unhelpful. The whole online process of reserving and retrieving a moving vehicle is both convenient and inconvenient. I would pick another location where they are more knowledgeable and able to help you
Kimberly ClarkEverything was great except for the service at the counter inside. The only reason I rated the location below average is because of the following. This is a dry cleaner business and it did not matter if I was first in line, I had to wait on all the dry cleaner customers before I got served. This kept me waiting quite a while. Also, we are in the midst of a covid 19 pandemic and the clerk who helped me was not wearing a mask the entire time I was in the store. There were two clerks and the other clerk was wearing a mask the entire time. I did not appreciate at all the clerk who helped me not caring in the least if she was spreading the virus all over the place. When I returned the truck the clerk in question still was not wearing a mask. This is really not acceptable customer service considering the severity of the spread of the virus.
William TaylorMy truck rental was clean, and very comfortable, with enough V-8 power to get my hauling done easily. The 10' box truck we fairly good on fuel as well. My overall experience was very positive. Good job ppl.

Matthew HallThe check in and check out procedure on the smart phone is horrible. I kept getting kicked out of app and having to start over. I spent 30 minutes on the phone at 11:30 at night with U Haul customer service to no avail. It was not saving the pictures that I took and, when it did, it would not let me upload them. It was very frustrating.
Patrick PriceI had booked the the truck advance in a day before but strange when I reached the location there was no booking found in my name and so no truck was reserved.When I had completed filling my card and license details in a day advance while booking under 50$ Reservation guarantee assurance.So, I am entitled to receive 50$ as there was no confirm reservation done when I made it in advance. Finally I had to get another reservation on the spot and unnecessary wasted my half an hour of time.

James MccordPoor return experience. Returned vehicle well in advance of deadline for reservation. Staff failed to record vehicle as returned and subsequently overcharged by 2 days. Now the customer is awaiting a refund that will take 3-5 business days. Unacceptable.
Pamela KelleyDon't charge people upfront and inform us what all we need to do before we rent . You have so many fees and a return checklist of things you have to take pictures etc or you will charge us another 20 dollars? I was overcharged almost 80 dollars because of the pay upfront crap!

Nathan BerryTrain the employees. I asked to use my employee discount, but she told me I would have to do that at drop off. At drop off they told me it should have been done at pick up, and I missed my 20 % discount. Also, she did not do a walk around or anything.

KYLE HACTHELLThis was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with UHaul. I reserved online and was told all I had to do was show up and pick up the equipment. I reserved a Dolly, which was not available, I then had to drive to another location to get a dolly, which accrued miles on the truck that I was expected to pay for, only to be told by a rude customer service lady that they didn't have a dolly either. I was required to give ANOTHER credit card for a $100 hold that was mentioned NOWHERE in my online reservation and then told that the card I used to reserve online could not be used. What was the point of reserving ahead of time online if the location was not even notified of the reservation. I am absolutely furious with this entire experience.

sheron boydReturned the Truck back full of gas after hours, placed keys in the key drop box. Took pictures of a full gas tank with mileage. When i got the final bill they charged me for 12 gallons of gas. WHen i called the Lexington Dry cleaners where i rented it the young lady said there was nothing She could and basically said i was lying. The gas tank cap will not lock and they do not have a secure location. Will never rent from them again.

RICKY ROOFThe Uhaul app is a complete failure. I made a reservation for a truck and on the day of reservation pick up, it changed my pick up date to a day in the past so I had to call customer service and redo everything. Very inconvenient and cost me valuable time. Also there was no appliance dolly in the truck thank goodness I had a backup plan. Worst experience ever renting a uhaul truck will rent from different company next time.

jason lopintoThe vehicle ran terrible. It hesitated to start everytime. It was almost like it had no power steering at times and it ran really rough. About 0,5 miles from returning the truck a light came on within the dashboard. Not sure what it was from.

I rented a cargo van and it was perfect for the small furniture move we needed to do. Accessible, professional and friendly location that I recommend highly!
