Liberty Tag & Title does not look like a U Haul location. It is poorly stocked and poorly labeled as a U Haul location. However, the service provider was pleasant and professional.DARTANGAN E.

I was given 1 price in person and at the time of rental. Then when returned properly I was charged an additional 300 $which was not discussed or even spoken of. This was crazy and poor business practices. I am wondering how a well know company can rob their customers. Had I been given a 500 $estimate I would have NEVER used the rental. Im reporting this to the Better Business BureauJaney L.

I had an issue with the combo lock malfunctioning and there was no instructions to reset; it had to be cut off which cost me several hours of travel time; you might want to look into this.Pamela S.
As a U-haul customer whose utilized your services, my recent experience at Liberty Tag & Title was unprofessional and not personable as it pertains to matters of communication and how you address customers. Listening to the customer is an essential skill especially for those that have a history of doing business with you; if you offer a personable experience and great customer service, you will not only make the customer happy to do business with you again but can also gain referrals by word of mouth.Nancy H.

I was charged 70 $and they also debited additional 32,68 $ for using van for just 3hrs and insurance was not included for that matter.. This is same amount I paid for Enterprise van for 24 hrs and it includes insurance. I won't accept it.chukwunalu U.
