The location was fine. The associate was nice. However, Uhaul moved my pickup to a location rather farther away costing me time and stress. Unghappy with that. I know why it was done, but Uhaul should put into place better logistics for moving equipment around rather than making customers move around instead. Really hate this trend. Please consider improving your practices, it would greatly improvevyour customer experience. Imagine the ad campaign, "Uhaul--where you want it, ehen you want it!"

Also, I didn't get a call notifying me that my rental pick-up location had been changed until the morning of, which meant I had to change my schedule at the last minute to leave work an hour earlier to accommodate the change.

Johnny Bnot have them standing outside of the office gate on Saturday while your online personal is saying that you can get a rental with your phone is bs. we stayed out in 100degreee weather for 4hrs and I spent 40$ on Lfty rides. and no discount for my troubles. and I cleaned the van better than what it was when I got it. and they trying to charge me $25 cleaning fee and it was raining the day I dropped it off. im not paying those add on charges on the end. I will pay for the mileage. and you need to state before you charge them about you have to have your Insurance policy at 15$a day. I'm not satisfied with my experience and I need a van next week but unless you make it right I won't use uhaul.

Devin SJust to rent a van I had to travel 26 miles there and back totaling 52 extra miles on the trip. The choice of locations that have the desired equipment that you need is very small. I did have one close to me, <5 miles, but a day or two before the rental it was moved to another location, 26 miles away. Wish you had a better system in keeping track of your vehicles.

Tara JIf I lived in Denham Springs I'd recommend this location. Samuel was VERY attentive and helpful. However, U-Haul customer service in New Orleans, LA was abysmal. I understand the inventory shortage in the Southeast region, but the unwillingness to make any concessions in the rate for additional mileage I have to incur was very disappointing. There seemed to be absolutely zero empathy from customer service to my reservation location being pushed 12 miles from my home. The "we're the only game in town" attitude was very disheartening and in the future I will use U-haul as a last resort when moving.

Colleen OThe inside and outside of the vehicle was filthy. I had to line the inside of the cab floor with sheets and blankets so my materials would not get dirty. The oil change indicator kept coming on. The passenger back tire needed air upon moving the vehicle the PSI indicator came on. It was not a good experience but I was in need so I had to use the vehicle.

sydney bI rented a car dolly, then brought it back the next day to trade for a 6X12 trailer and they promised me that they would update the charge to the daily rate of $44 for the dolly since I didn't use it but it was never changed and my credit card is still showing a charge of $277,22 and I would like it to be fixed immediately. Otherwise I would have marked them as excellent since they did help out even after hours.

AUSTIN SIt was little hard to find specially in the dark but I saw someone's google photo that showed where were the trucks so I was able to find it. It's right behind the trailers on the street starts with B forgot what actually called. But other than it was nice and easy in and out quick service.

I've never need roadside assistance before and the time I do they do absolutely nothing I needed a tow they told me someone would be out and they never came. Called them back countless times just for them to say they are gonna call me back. 0/10 if possible use a different company if you think you may need roadside

Kerry JThe truck was old. The lining on the inside ceiling of the truck was torn and hanging, the A/C did not work, the headlights were so dim it was difficult to see the road at night, and the check engine light came on.
