No staff were there at 10.30 on a Saturday morning. Then I received an email that I was charged an extra day. But we were given an extra day because of how terrible the pick up was which cost us a day. That money for the extra day ($40) better be reimbursed!

Hire someone who know how to operate the equipment. Pam had no idea what she was doing and asked a the next door neighbor to help her. She also damaged my vehicle by disconnecting the tow dolly from the truck while my vehicle was still attached to the dolly. Of course, gravity made the dolly disconnect from the hitch causing damages to my vehicle.

this facility needs to be inspected I cannot believe UHAUL lets this place use it;'s name. I wouldn't be surprised if it's infested with rodents and other health related issues.

I paid ahead of time for a quick pick up and I was there for 45 minutes going through all the information that I already submitted. The lady there was nice but it was a complete hassle. The biggest thing was hooking it up there was no one there to help so if you can't lift 200lbs plus and move it around don't get a trailer there!!!

We were switched to this location from the one we originally chose. The person managing the pickup asked questions that didn't apply to our situation, then kept asking about the "move-to" address. We explained where we were going, and that our reservation was to drop-off at the Strip District location on Liberty Ave. She changed our drop-off to a different location! She didn't seem to quite understand the system. Very stressful at pickup, very stressful to get weird notifications when we were about to return.

I did a after hour drop off, when ready to pull out a car came in blocking us from leaving accusing us of stealing a dolly(The lady in the car said she was the manager). My girlfriend drives a Dodge dart, therefore would have been pretty hard to steal and keep a dolly out of sight in that car. I do not appreciate someone accusing me of taking things. So all in all it wasn't a good experience.

was given the Uhaul from Saturday to Monday - preapproved my card for three days, was told that the Dolly and blankets was $10 for the three days. We returned the Uhaul Monday afternoon and I was charged another $118 on top of the $157 that I was originally charged. There were daily charges for blankets and the dolly and they charged me for an additional day and for cleaning. I was never told I would be charged any of that additional and the Uhaul was not dirty other than normal moving. This location needs to explain charges more clearly. We returned the Uhaul and only used 1/4 tank of gas so we were "ok" with having them charge us for gas upon return but had no idea the rate per gallon was so high and were charged $23 for gas for a 1/4 tank! I am not happy and will never recommend this place to anyone. Lynnette Venneri

Very very very disappointed. Arrived at 8;30 for for 8:45 am confirmation thru UHaul national reservations. Site hours clearly displayed as 9 am opening time so an 8:45 pick-up wouldn't have been possible anyway. Rep didn't show until 9:10; I didn't get on my way until 9:30. While it was unfortunate the site rep was a few minutes late, the national reservation process is what misled me. Keegan, the regional manager, did a good job troubleshooting and refunding me $50 for UHaul's delay. In addition, once the site rep arrived, she was very apologetic and sincere. I don't hold the experience against her or Keegen. However, the experience of incorrect times, not knowing if the site rep was going to show, and the one-hr delay made a stressful day much more stressful. National reservations needs to confirm if site hours are as posted by the site rep to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

Pam - the owner of the Ligonier Fleatique - is great, professional, efficient and courteous. I have rented and ropped off several U-haul vehicles at the Ligonier Fleatique and definately reccomend this franchise to others. It is really convenient to Ligonier and Westmoreland County

Had to drive over an hour to get there with poor directions given to me from my text I received. I am handicapped & hoped that there was a closer dealership that had what I needed.! My thoughts are that as many units available, more should have covered trailers! Plus with all the rain, I couldn't take care of what I needed.!!!!

They were VERY inexperienced, and took a LONG time to get the paperwork done. Ended up doing the hookups, and tests myself. They didn't know how.

Work on customer service via phone. Make sure that people who contract through UHaul (ex: gas station owners who provide trucks) have access to your system at all times so people wont have to wait 2 hours when they have already made a reservation.
