Blake CI was scheduled to pick up a trailer. The building was closed. I wasn't told that when scheduled this. I called the Springfield location. I almost had to drive there. Finally the customer service called the manager and he came to our location

Brandon HGet your help, kids, more knowledgeable about how the reservation and online reservations work and how to deal with bad uhaul policies. The truck was dirty, there was no explanation why. And the girl was like 15 that was in charge, and she had no answers to my questions. Uhaul told me take it or leave it. Seriously. I had to go 75 miles one way to even pick up a truck after having a reservation for over 2 weeks again, with again no explanation. It was a bad bad experience. Horrible they treat people like that after trusting them. Bad business practices and company should be ashamed.

DANIEL RVery difficult to checkin on line. Took 30 minutes standing out in cold and wind The stupid issue is must have a person ready to answer U-Haul as a contact. I do not have anyone like that.

Garry YEverything was very good!!!! Except when I told the gurl at the counter I would return truck by 9:00pm Sunday she said it would be considered 1 day not 2 dats. So she changed orders in computer & said I was good to go. I returned truck by 8:00pm on Sunday evening and the computer still charged me for 2 days??

KAREN HActually make sure the trucks are field completely up and not just enough to make it look like the tank is filled. Didn't even make it the 3 miles home and the lever was already off full.
AMBER KWe had to drive 40 minutes out of our way because there was not a truck closer to us. Then we had to wait an hour on hold with uhaul getting transferred person to person on the phone because our truck key was not in the lock box it was supposed to be in.

Keith WPlease ensure the key and key holder actually can fit into after hours drop box. I had to disassemble/disengage the key from its holder and place into drop box separately in order for both parts to fit into the drop box properly. That's the ONLY option I had, but it was very inconvenient, it had me worried it wasn't going to work, and there I stood late at night in the dark next to the building, trying to get the items to fit into the drop box. While I stood there, I feared a police officer would drive by and wonder what I was doing standing by the building for such a lengthy amount of time. I live an hour and a half away so it's not like I could just bring the key and return it the next morning. :(

Andrew JWhen I called to ask for additional time at the 1800 number that has zero to do with the location I rented it from, but the representative told me everyone has a sob story. I did not call her to give her a song and dance about this truck. This is not my first time renting from Uhaul but I hope it is my last. I have used Uhaul for 23 years to move all over the country for work. I am self-employed and really wanted this to go smoother. I only wanted the truck if available during whatever time it would be available
Amy YYou might already do this but I would stress or request no smoking in the vehicles.
