The combo locks did not work affectively. The accessory equipment we paid for was not in the truck or at the location. We had to out of our way to drive to a U haul store only to be told they didnt have what paid for either. Awful experience in every aspect. We were told we would be credited 10 miles which was laughable. poor value UHaul!

PATRICK SHERIDANWe really appreciated that fast and friendly service, especially since we needed a truck last minute. Everything went very smoothly. Phone reservation contact was professional and efficient. Linden Auto Body was perfect, and the truck was in excellent condition.
TANYA DOBASHI had to drop off on Sunday, so no interaction. The key drop software was difficult to use and it wouldn't accept my location. Then it told me to take pictures and upload them, but then skipped that, so I couldn't upload them. Most of my complaints were with the U-haul web site. The location was adequate for drop off, but it's a small operation.
Robert ProwseMy location was changed that morning to someplace a lot further than I reserved for. I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and the pick up location was changed 3 times. Not acceptable.

Nicholas PollockI recommend that you get it established before the customer leaves where the drop off point is going to be before they get in the vehicle and go anywhere with it. In my situation, I was email one location but text a different location but I never read the text because I was expecting to email. I drop the equipment off two days early but still had to pay for the fivedays. I guess that's just the cost of doing business but yeah I think you should establish where the drop off is going to be and things are running smoothly. One last thing the speed limit on the trailer where you can see it in your rearview mirror it's not a good design for a trailer when you go through a toll booth the trailer is off track there for you or either turn off the right side mirror or damage the trailer on the left hand side when you go through a toll booth.
KENNETH JOHNSONThis was an auto shop no one is there on a Sunday afternoon.When you need help. Need to find help some one willing to work at least 2 to 3 hours or some one that can be called to help.
