I couldn't back the trailer where he wanted me to . So I ask him if he could do it and he wouldn't also he wouldn't unhook the trailer. Needless to say a young guy walked over and ask if I needed help and he did it. Thank God there are still some good people around .

Terrible service and attempted to overcharge me while telling me that I was right but I needed to contact U-Haul direct, I would not recommend that location for anything, they are a bunch of foreigners that are crooks

This was the most unorganized uhaul I've ever been to. I will never rent from you guys again. I placed a reservation online, when I arrived my equipment(utility trailer) was not ready for pickup. The lady working there told me to go inside the very narrow gate and pick a trailer. I couldn't fit my truck inside the gate without almost damaging the whole side of my truck. When I asked the lady if she could move one of the trailers she stated "I don't do that". So I pulled my truck out of the gate and had to manhandle this trailer out of the gate to be able to hook it up to my truck. On top of that when I reserved online it stated my total would be $25 however this location charged me $50 for my rental. When I arrived back a day later to drop off the trailer I dealt with the same middle eastern lady. She was clueless. She told me to just drop the trailer on a hill adjacent to their business. When I unhooked the trailer on this hill as she requested me to, the trailer began spiraling and rolling down this hill towards the major highway. I had to almost break my hand trying to stop the trailer while the lady stood outside her business door smiling. I will never rent from this place again.

Front desk girl was Rude and no knowledge about rental. Must improve professionalism. They keep closed store during opening hrs. Very Bad return experience.

First trailer did not have functioning tow chains. Discovered after I hooked up the trailer. No one was available to help move trailer in grass field. Second trailer was in a bed of fire ants. Never going here again.

The girl did not know anything about uhaul. She had to get someone on phoneto tell her each step. No one spoke much English. Tried to ask about Jack to remove from hitch. She shrugged her shoulder walked off and closed the door. I would never send anyone here for pick up or return.
