They had no control over the mishandling by the Alabama u haul and they called the 800 number and we were not helped with the issue. The woman on the phone said well just do the return and see what it says!! Really. You all gave me a contract saying it cost a certain amount them when it was delivered to Early Texas (which was confirmed with a customer service call right after renting in Alabama) your folks had no way of helping with the situation? Bull!

returning outside business hours was cumberson and difficult. too many steps and needs to be more user friendly, expecially for senior citizens like myself who are not as technology knowledgeable as those who are younger. I had to get help to get through the whole return process. This will probably influence my decision to not rent from u'haul in the future.

I had looked at the prices online the night before and was quoted $77, but did not rent online at that time because my son and nephew were going to be picking up the dolly the next day and I didn't know if they would be able to pick it up if it was rented in my name and with my debit card. When they got there, the staff member informed them that the total would be about $180.00. When I asked why the huge price difference, the staff member could not explain. I asked him the base price without taxes and insurance and he said he did not know. He said not to book it online because it would take a lot longer, but while I was on the phone, I booked it online and it was ready almost immediately. The dolly worked just fine, I just felt that the staff member who worked with us was being shady, and my son and nephew said they got the same feeling.

Staff was very helpful. Helped me locate a blown fuse for trailer lights which would have prevented me from renting trailer. Even waited pasted closing for me to get a new fuse and allow to rent the trailer!

The 2 movers went above & beyond helping my husband load our heavy furniture. When I broke my two ankles while they were at our rental house, they not only helped & showed concern for me but for my husband by returning the next day. Please extend our thanks to them. Thanks also to the lady who helped arrange our appt. She was diligent & efficient in securing the movers & vehicle for us.

The drop off location little creek auto sales was beyond rude and unprofessional we have had 4 rentals this year and renturning this one was horrible it is 1/7 and I am still waiting on a deposit refund from 12/26 even after having spoke with the regional manger when we dropped off the trailer and yelled at that we would not get our cash deposit back they didn’t do that there!!! It would have to be mailed to us from Abilene!!

The contract stated that my return destination was in Brady, 12 miles from my location. I received a text saying that it was in Early which was 45 miles away. I contacted the location in Early to find out why and was told that I would be charged an extra fee to turn it in at a different location even though the contract stated Brady. This took time and money away that we didn't have to travel the 45 miles to Early and back to our new home. I was lucky to receive the text since service in that area is very weak. I think this was a huge failure on the part of U Haul.

We are from out of state and this is our 3rd time using Uhaul serives in Texas and each time is pleasant and the young man that always assist us is extremely helpful and a very hard worker. Nice young man.

Did not have the truck we wanted, but he said he'd give us the next size up for the same price. He didn't. We were charged for the larger truck. We were also told that we could use our phone to pick up the truck, but if we came in after the agreed time, we'd be charged extra, so he put our pick-up time at 10pm when we said we'd be there at 8. The system doesn't work that way. You have to pick up the truck AFTER the designated time, so we sat on their lot dealing with customer service for almost an hour getting the time moved back.

They tore my love seat. They got my couch dirty; it had a black mark on it and it was dirty. They lied when they told me that my couch and love seat would fit in the trailer. My furniture had to be stuff inside.

The personnel at the location I ended up using to get a truck from (Little Creek Auto in Early, TX) was attentive to my needs and their customer service and concern for my unhappiness at how I had been treated by the corporate office more than made up for the earlier screw-ups caused by U-Haul's inefficient and incompetent reservations systems. This location was the FOURTH location where I supposedly had a confirmed reservation and even here I was unable to get the size of truck I originally asked to reserve. Again - THIS LOCATION was wonderful. Uhaul, in general, not so much. Uhaul needs to overhaul their reservation system.

We where cursed at and told to leave after we paid while we had dispatch on phone and had to call police to come. My sister told me to take pictures or video of truck because they seem shady and the man and woman started yelling and cursing us telling us to leave that u haul don't own his business and he don't have to rent to us just because my sister told me that. We called police and the whole time this was happening dispatch was on the phone. I will never use uhaul again and my sister won't either and she uses them every three months. I do not recommend u haul or at least this location to anyone. I spent well over 200 dollars that day and didn't even get an apology from them or uhaul

The head light was not working on one of the trucks. The door on the other truck whistled so much it was like a wind tunnel. One of the trucks broke down in the middle of the night. On a positive note the U Haul emergency services operator was outstanding and found a good mechanic to make repairs.

The service provided at "Little Creek Auto Sales" was below average because the box dolly was not provided at the time of pick up from "Little Creek Auto Sales." Additionally, the original reservation was made for "Best Little Muffler Shop in Texas." The original terms of the contract were not met because the cargo trailer was not available at the "Best Little Muffler Shop in Texas." I was required to pick up the equipment from "Little Creek Auto Sales" instead. I would like to be contacted ASAP to discuss the issues with the original reservation and in order to receive the $50.00 compensation per the U-Haul guarantee.
