I did not receive an invoice, had any information that was on invoice explained to me & no walk around equipment check. I talked to someone on the phone & was give a key for truck.

My rental experience had a bad start but ended fine. My pickup location changed three times. The third store owner had the van but didn't know how to process the rental. I had to call another location to see if they could help. I was fighting a deadline to get my things moved, so the delays were frustrating me. Finally Joshua Troup Ward showed up and saved the day. He calmly got the rental transaction processed and got me on the road. The van was perfect for my needs.

Michael HThey do not carry utility dollys but I was charged for one , I called the 1800 number Before leaving with truck and she said I was refunded however I was still charged the person at store when I brought truck back had no idea how to help
Katherine JTruck was filthy when I picked it up! I swept it out after use and was charged a cleaning fee. Had I known I was going to be charged for someone else's trash I wouldn't have made the effort to sweep it . I've always been taught leave it better than you found it and it cost me this time.
