I went to drop off the trailer on this very secluded road and when I arrived, a worker told me they do not accept Uhuals. Hence, I went to two other Uhaul locations to see if I could drop it off there and finally was able to drop it off at another location after speaking to a manager. I would not recommend the above location to anyone, especially women traveling alone. It is pretty intimidating back there!

The employee working wore flip flops to work and to attach my car transport. Employee was incompetent on attaching a car transport to the u-haul trailer, not attaching chains to connect car to transport. Employee sent my drop off location to a location that could not take my trailer. Which made me drive all my new destination for 30 minutes just to drop off the trailer. Overall I would not recommend this location to anyone. I don't even know why this is a neighborhood dealer.

Unclear where to leave truck during off hours when using 24/7 truck share

I had requested a personal rather than electronic pickup. It did not happen . There was no one there and when I reached somebody on the phone he said he would send somebody with the key. I had to wait almost a half hour so even though my appointment was for 8 I didn't leave with truck until almost 9. The person just started truck and left without going over anything.

Cab was filthy, smelled of old body order, smoking and other unpleasant smells. Took 3 hours to clean. Apparently the truck sustained damage before we picked it up. As a result, when driving through a rainstorm, the water POURED into the cab. Anything we had behind the seats got soaked. We will never rent from UHaul again!

Returning the equipment via phone for that location sucks

This is by far most the worst location that i have interacted for the past 20yrs. The worst customer service, Not only the mess up my original reservation, but never a call back from Chelsea, left messages, text and she never answered my calls. She promise me a $40 credit for returning the truck at her location, never gave me the credit nor did she called to speak to me on the reservation. Save yourself the grief don't do a pick up or drop off at that location!!!!!!

This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with uhaul. I will NEVER rent from this location again!! It's been a week since I returned the uhaul (I returned it the same day) and they are just closing out the contract. Ron and Chelsey called me Ahead of me picking up the truck and asked me if I could bring the truck back to their location (Bethlehem) instead of dropping it off at an Easton uhaul and I would get $40 credited back, and I agreed and dropped the truck back off there the same day (April 23rd after hours) Meanwhile I received several phone calls over the last few days asking me where the uhaul truck is! So I tell every person that called me that I dropped the truck off a week ago! I don't know how they are running that Bethlehem location, it seems shady! While Ron was very nice during my initial pick up transaction, the rest went down hill! The out mileage on the contract was incorrect, on the odometer it was 55 259 and in the contract it says 55 855 and the gas was under 1/4 but says it was almost a 3/8th. The way the truck was backed into a dirt pile upon pick up had caked up dirt on the tow hitch so when we parked the truck in our parking lot to start our move and opened the rear truck door a pile of dirt fell off the truck and left little mountains of dirt in the driveway! Terrible ! Never again !
