Making contracts over the phone brings errors... My location as been a bad experience from the reservation step to the return process. Rented a 10 foots truck, the was not clean, filled with ciment dust, I had to clean the box before starting to move my furnitures and boxes in. Cracked windshield all across, no windshield washer, oil level was low... If customer service would have been better, it would have been a different experience
