I was told I had 24/7 access. But they didn't open until nine. I was told I would get a refund since I did not use the truck, but instead was charged the full amount plus more. I will never use a truck from this place again.

This was the 4th Uhual location I had in 2 days and 3rd on my day of pickup. I was sent on a wild goose chase for the truck I scheduled for rent. I was told to go to a location that did not have the truck and finally sent to another location that did. I scheduled movers through Uhual for my move day. I lost an hour and 20 minutes because I was tracking down a truck. I would like to be refunded for the time I lost with the movers and the inconvenience.

Never got a dolly, all of my appliances are ruined because I had to find another way to move things last minute. Please make sure someone contacts me about this issue please!

My reservation was changed to another location without any communication. When we arrived to get it, we were told it was at another location. Since I had dropped off my husband and needed to be somewhere else, he had to Uber to the other location 10-15 minutes away. The new location was closed, so we did not get our Uhaul the day we needed it and he had to Uber home. We had an entire truck full of supplies needed for a summer camp for foster children that needed to be transported. This incident put us 1 day behind schedule and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. Had someone communicated the change, it would not have been a problem. Thankfully, when we called the next day, the person on the phone was very helpful and got us a rental. This was the 2nd time in the last few months that Uhaul had failed us when we made reservations (different locations).

Advise any customers that this pickup/dropoff location is not always open (there was not anyone there when we dropped off the truck and we had to leave it locked and drop the key in the key box on the property, after I called Uhaul to let them know I returned the truck so they could verify it on my contract). Otherwise, everything was fine.

Make the system easier to use. Take checks would make it easier all around. We also did not get the hand truck we asked for.

I had a pleasant experience at your location. The nice service rep ( young woman) was exceptional. Very friendly, solved my problems, and got me in and out in a record time. I will recommend and rent here again. Thanks U-Haul for the support.

Please note I have no problem with Lock And Leave Storage. My issue is with UHaul. I reserved the vehicle I need well in advance of my need to pick up at the most feasible location for what I needed to do. The day before I am told the unit is not available at that location and am sent miles away to go pick up what I need. This is not the first time this has happened to me with UHaul. I will be using Ryder or others from now on....I am sure I paid for the additional miles you made me drive for your issues!

All good. Truck was convenient and easy to get and leave. Office person was polite and informative. Track ran well and thrifty on gas. The driver's door took a little more effort to close than I expected.

Would not start had to call uhaul out for a jump which resulted in the fact that the battery cables were lose and one not on? After he tighten them it was fine. The two nails found on deck one of which flattened my dollies. I still have not received a call as to how much they would take off my bill for the inconveniences please call me 657 237 9161 thank you

Everything went smoothly. Got back a few mind's late butt no problem. I even gave a little extra gas then then what was required. All in all I was really impressed with the power and handling of the vehicle " very impressive.

The people there did not do walk around of truck had the paper pre filled out.....also told me they set me up with rental truck and storage with first month free and when I made it up the hill had no storage at all and had to scramble to find other means of storage they presented wrong information

Did not do an expection with me. The trailer was dirty and got my items dirty. Just gave me the vehicle and walked away. I asked where the keys where and they said inside while back was turned and walking away into office. Opportunities for better customer service. The lady that helped me in the very beginning was nice but the gentlemen needs improvement.

I chose this place because it was open until 5 on Sunday. Nope, I was there at 2:30 and there was no one around. Plus, if you follow someone into the storage area to drop off the truck, you're not getting out of the gate (unless you have a code for that particular storage area). I do not recommend this place as a drop-off or pick up.

Leah was awesome!!! If it was just her, I would give 5 stars and without a doubt recommend the location. The problem is that the gentleman that was in the office with her when I returned the truck, I didn't catch his name, was unethical and tried to rip me off, per se. I had rented the truck in the morning, drove to work, found out I did not need the truck, and then returned the truck. This trip was a total of 7,5 miles. When I picked-up the truck there was 3/4 of a tank of gas, but the gentleman tried to tell Leah that there was only 1/2 a tank. Leah looked at the mileage and knew better. Again, Leah awesome; the other gentleman not so.

Uhaul cancelled my truck at 7am and by 10am this location had me ready.Kayla was friendly and fast.The truck it self was extreamly dirty.I. opened driver's door and it looked like someone puked inside.The truck had sunf!flower seeds spit every where.

Truck was not available when I arrived. Previous renter was late to return. This not the manager fault. However made reservation @ Alabama location & was sent to Waterman. Was told no truck that size was available, late the next day was called & said my truck was waiting.

I rent trucks as part of my business. I had not rented from this location prior to yesterday. Nedy is the best representative any company could have for their product. Great service, Great attitude, and great composure when the place was crazy busy! I am certainly going to try and steal her to work for my company (Amazon).

There is a u haul rental center 3 blocks from me, I ended up paying more for mileage because of that. The phone line automate was transferred to the waterman and mile rental center. I called the baseline and Tippecanoe, but did not realize it until I made reservations for the truck.

Make sure you have a person who is knowledgeable of all kinds of transactions at the store. I was charged 10$ for a dolly that cost 7$,the lady working didn't know how to change it.

I can't see much room for better improvement. The truck was clean and in good working order, the young lady Nety and her partner were great. Questions were answered clearly and informatively.

You need to do something about the way that you check people in, I gave my driver's license & major credit card & still had to give a personal reference. I thought the next thing I was going to be asked for was blood. I will NEVER rent from U-Haul again.

Greetings, This is my second time using this facility and I am more than pleased. The staff is so friendly and professional. They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I not only used them myself but referr them to others. Lock N Leave doesn't try to take you money or run scams by charging outrageous fees. Each time I was informed upfront what my charges were and upon returning the truck/equipment was explained the charges and again left completely satisfied. Lock N Leave is the best!!!!!
