Vernon MarshI paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the Uhaul when we picked it up. This was very inconvenient to us, we depended on having that dolly to move our appliances up to the 3rd story. Since the dolly was not in the Uhaul, we had to rush and try to find one somewhere, while trying to move our appliances within the time frame that I rented the Uhaul. Although this doesn't sound like a major inconvenience on paper, it was extremely inconvenient to us and could have completely been avoided.
Stephanie NybergThe distance of 170 miles allocated to get from SA to corpus is not feasible. It was 173 miles just to get from our house to corpus, but there were additional miles to just pick up the uhaul. We were screwed to begin with. Pick another company that won't nickel and dime you.

Micheal TorresThe location was great, the lady was very kind but we changed the drop off location and the fuel in the receipt was incorrect. It said the truck had 1/4 tank but it was actually 15 miles to empty. The lady changed them but apparently it didn't process. When I dropped the truck off I went to the wrong location because it apparently never got changed so I had to drive across town to another location. Doing the after hours drop off, I returned the truck with 30 miles to empty (more than I received) then was charged $30 because it was never corrected in the first place.
Zach ThomasThe right side large mirror was cracked in many pieces were lucky it had the smaller mirror we use. It was a scarry ride After we got almost to our destination the check engine lite came on. I think they need to keep better maintenance on trucks if they are going to rent them. We did report this to the truck drop off Place. Some one needs ro go and follow up on these business to make sure the trucks are being serviced and repaired.

Peter RosatiI was charged for a dolly, but no dolly was in the truck when I picked it up. But, I was never notified there would be no dolly. So, we had to call 3 other locations to find a dolly and make an additional trip so we could start our move. I would like a refund for the dolly charge

Oscar MoralesLocation did not have the dolly I had reserved weeks in advance. No clear communication between employees, which led to the reservation for the equipment that they did have almost being canceled. I had to spend 2 hours of my reservation calling around town before I could find a dolly because it was the end of the month and I was repeatedly told I should have 'planned ahead'. Duplicate billing, which was resolved, but overall the absolute worst experience and I'll never attempt to use U-Haul again. I placed an order for boxes and supplies about a month prior to my move and the shipments were lost. I had to spend more money to have supplies shipped from another company and I only got my refund for the U-Haul boxes a couple of days ago. This wasn't the fault of the local store but from start to finish, with contact online and with multiple stores, I have had the most well-rounded horrendous experience with U-Haul.

Anthony RutlandThe location is close to our home which we liked. The office was emaculate. Very clean and comfortable. The staff Carla and Pedro were friendly and courteous. There was only 1 issue. The back light behind the enclosed trailer on right side was defective and blinker nor breaks would turned on. We failed to check before our trip thinking they were working. The UHaul company at our destination would not trade the trailer.

joyce mcdonaldPicked up an auto transport trailer from this place) address. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Wished I had picked up the truck from here too. If anyone needs a rental in Corpus Christi, TX. this is the place to go. The truck pickup from Yorktown, Corpus Christi, Texas was a Disaster! Short version of the story. Steven was No help. Finally got the truck nearly 3 hours later. I was not happy, I was on a time frame. I showed up on time expecting everything to go smoothly but it didn't. Then Steven and his coworker in training comes out with papers for me to sign, telling me I have suffered enough, here are my papers to sign them. WHY couldn't that have been done sooner?? That was very poor service.
donna councilTow dolly was damaged, so it was replaced with another. When dropping off both truck and dolly at correct location in Sierra vista, AZ i was charged $440 for dropping of dolly at wrong location. Still waiting to hear back about resolving the issue.
