KERWIN HThe truck was filthy. There were ants, months worth of filth build up and the front drivers side head light was out. There were ants air conditioner blew hot air and the truck was sticky and just nasty overall. I had to take the truck due to the pickup I reserved not being returned for me to rent. I was extremely disappointed and very dissatisfied with the truck. I did bring the agent out to look at how dirty the truck was before I left the store. She was apologetic but did not offer to clean it, give me another truck or even a discount. I will never ever rent from this location again

maria jYou can stop robbing people for start. I just rented a $29,99 vehicle and a $10,09 dolly. For 2 days. "DID NOT" go over prepaid miles nor gas. YET was charged $283plus can't get a print out receipt nor proper assistance. PLEASE make this make sense!

Elizabeth COver charged my card and lied about providing me with false information upon arrival. They have been charging my card several times, over double the amount that was supposed to be paid!! Upon return of the truck they hid from me in the office until I demanded they come out, then they told me to take up my issues with corporate after denying they told me false information. I want their cameras pulled so that my investigation can be proven!! They need to be investigated IMMEDIATELY!!!

DIANA CRefused to take my major bank debit card, overcharged me after return.
CHIANNE BThe truck was not clean, barely had gas in it and the check in process was cumbersome. The insisted on calling my secondary contact on order to complete my rental. The person checking me in did not know how to use the system which resulting in an awkward exchange between the two workers.
MAURICE MAbsolutely nothing. The stars at this location were very nice and kind. I would definitely rent my U-Haul from here again.
Teri TTruck was not clean gas empty made to Sevice station and put $30 gas in the tank truck had dry mud but other than that we use to pick up
ROBERT HI was charged for mileage that there is no way I incurred. Tires were all low, cab and back of truck were dirty, damage on the side of the van wasn't marked so I was concerned they would charge me for it. Staff was not rude nor friendly, just doing a job. Regular UHaul locations are better.

JUSTIN TI don't feel services are up to standards, the quotes are inaccurate. When working with people at the counter especially in areas with poor socioeconomic status, I feel that the staff take advantages of its clients. There are add ons to services that are inaccurate. There are gauging prices and there are hidden fees, and I have paid for collections for uhauls I haven't rent. I will not be renting a truck from the company.

Mark DCustomer service was horrible the woman at the counter was so dry nonchalant it was like speaking to the wall. So I went over my time I called her and let her know she called herself, reprimanding me and that I'll be charged no problem and being charged what I asked her was if I'm gonna be charged a full day, then I will keep it for another four hours. There's no need for me to return it, and you still gonna charge me four hours she goes no just bring it back when I brought it back and I did not appreciate that and she was very nasty and explaining it and her coworkers act as if they were so afraid to say anything about it, they just kept a mouth shut . So yes, I'm bothered. I don't appreciate being disrespected because I never disrespected her. I had used this U-Haul in the past and received excellent customer service this time around. It was not a good one and I will not be returning there and I will not recommend anyone to go there as long as that woman is there.

Gwendolyn CAttendant noted my starting miles 60 miles lower than posted mileage. Didn't catch it until I was 2 miles out and on 285 but took pictures.This resulted in a $45 extra mileage charge upon return. Make sure your employees put in the proper mileage and not screw over customers. Other than that, service was fine.

Mya HHire better service reps… I told the rep at pickup that I was only driving a couple of miles and the office was less than a mile to return the unit. It was explained that I would be refunded for miles I didn't use and I was charged for 2 days even though I said I was returning the same day… I was told when returning the unit to keep and drive it for the remaining miles. The staff wasn't personable or helpful. I was charged at least $45 more than I should've been.
