First time this trip we was set for rental and our rental was double booked and was planned to be rented out to someone else, second one we rented for the same move was rented to us and was full of sand and dirt unclean and we had to clean our self before using! And it did not have a drop of gas in it!!! Very poor service for a highly named company!! Thank you!!!!JEROME S.
I had attempted to get a uhaul 3 times. Riverside location in Evansville was very unprofessional. They had a truck for me and no keys and I had to drive 100 plus miles and come back the 2nd day to riverside only to not have my guaranteed rental. I was transferred to Morgan Avenue and Sam at that location was able to correct me being overcharged and assist as needed.NATALIE N.

Train associates better I was told that if I returned the trailer early that I would get a cheaper price however that was not the case & I'm highly upset & won't be using uhaul in the futureCHRISTINA F.

U-haul needs to get better on locations, I asked for a certain location for pick up and had to drive out of my way for pickup. The truck was NOT well maintained, the truck was dirty, empty and we reserved a appliance dolly and a utility dolly. They only had appliance dolly on the truck.MARY P.

The front desk lady who was working never worked the counter, didn't have us sign any paperwork, the app wouldn't let us check in, then our reservation was cancelled. We then had to call another store for assistance to re-do reservation to return truck. Absolute nightmare and would not recommend!Jared W.

The website kept glitching and it took me over 45 minutes to rent the truck and then upon returning the truck it would not refresh pages and I had to restart the process multiple times. Very frustrating late at nightNicholas P.

Construction at rental site prevented trucks parked there. Off site parking lot was 20 min away. Always keep a copy of ignition key in office to allow customer to lock key in vehicle off site. Does insurance cover stolen vehicles if key left inside unlocked vehicle?DAVID K.

Not make them drive to 2 different locations to get their truck! I had to pick up the key at one location and then drive to another location to get my truck. And then vice versa on the return. Then, when I returned the truck and then drove to the other location to drop off the key, I tried to do the online turn in and it required pictures of the odometer, gas level, inside of truck and where the truck is parked. Well, I wasn't with the truck any longer and couldn't take the pictures they wanted. And I wasn't driving back to the other location. And lastly, I was overcharged and had to call and speak to a representative. Luckily, she was very helpful and corrected the bill right away. I've used U-haul for many years, but I may try a different company next time.Michael R.

Make sure that the tires aren't bald before you rent the equipment. Also, make sure your prices are accurate on your accessories. Lastly, make sure that your 39,99 $ moving kit contains all of the items it advertises. We're still waiting for the call back from this business to make it right...TRACY P.
