Had the battery die when no lights were left on. Shouldn't have had a problem with a truck

Charged us 5 times for two rentals. Almost 1500 for a 147 mile trip!!! Told us we would get free miles because we went to pick up truck at location and had to drive 1 hour away to get last minute. No one helps us and now again they took 562 bucks from me the 5th time they charged us something. NEVER would I recommend.

David HI have returned U-Haul vehicles and trailers to this location before. There is never anyone there. No signage about where to park or leave keys. Gotta be a better place nearby.

KATHY SFloor was dirty on the driver's side when I picked it up & the passenger side door had to be slammed in order to close properly, which is a safety hazard. Also did not want the furniture mats, unless they were checked by accident. Otherwise the experience was smooth & easy, I like the functionality of the 24/7 Truck Share to be able to drop off & pick up at will after hours.
Jacob STruck itself was fine. And appeared to be well taken care of. But the box itself inside was not cleaned out. There was garbage we needed to dispose of before we used it including rolled up dirty carpet. We did that fine. When we returned box was empty and all swept out. But biggest problem is that we were seriously overcharged! We extended by a day but were charged THREE times for the additional charges!

Javier PThe truck had a roof and windshield leak . The gas cap warning light was on for the entire trip very annoying.
Joe FI really appreciated that someone had cleaned the windshield for me at the pickup spot but the wipers were frozen solid with blocks of ice and I couldn't remove it so I was not able to use the wipers. In addition the roll up door was frozen completely solid and that was nearly impossible to get open. It took us over an hour to get the door open.
Haley BI think the service is excellent here at this facility I have rented at many U-Hauls facilities in the years but I find this one quite unique very professional and the people are very good to work with
MACIO EThis would be a 5-star rating.... I made the reservation on-line. When I went to pickup the truck, the moving pads that I had ordered with the online reservation were not available and I had to do without. Other than an error in communication between the online reservation and the store, everything else was 5-star as always.

Dennis MMy fault for not checking the gas prior to starting the trip because what was actually in the truck and what was written on the paper were completely different! Truck was in VERY bad shape, didn't think it would make it honestly.
James VIt was unusually warm for October and the air conditioner would not blow cold air. The vent would not even work. It appeared to me that the fan would not work in any mode (low - high). The previous user of the truck did not sweep it out very well. Other than that , the rental got the job done. Lori was very nice to do business with.

Rich HDropped off truck here on Saturday (due Sunday), using online app and key drop. Evidently location was closed until Monday, because that's when they logged the truck as returned, which billed me for an extra day. Learned my lesson to not drop off at a non-staffed location. But a call to the main Uhaul number resulted in a quick refund of that extra day's charge.

Sheila HUHaul did not have the truck I needed available at my selected location so they gave me a small discount on mileage, but because the Uhaul location they provided me with was farther away, the discounted mileage did NOT make a difference. I had to pay extra for mileage and my account is now overdrawn due to unforseen costs thanks to this UHaul. I am not happy with the service or cost and will not be using UHaul services again.

Kaitlyn NThe interior driver's side of the truck was not clean. There was a lot of dry gravel "mud" on the floor. When I cleaned up the truck before returning to the drop location, there were also smashed candy bars under the driver's seat. We returned the truck cleaner than it was when we picked it up.
David WI had reserved a truck for Pontiac il 2 weeks ago and 2 days before pick up I got a call saying there were no trucks available at my pick up and u haul wouldn't even discount it for the inconvenience
Patrick MThe truck I rented was JUNK. It didn't want to accelerate, it shook like crazy, and had a serious alignment issue. I would recommend that you not rent this truck to anyone until it's fixed. Total waste of money.

CHRISTIE LI did not receive a dolly that I paid extra for, it was never on the truck. My wife and I had to move all of our appliances without one because I wasn't about to pay the extra mileage to go back to Streator. Will call about it on Monday.
