No manager on duty. Windshield was so dirty you couldn't see out, lower part of mirror on drivers side was missing. Extremely dangerous.

My default Uhaul app language is Spanish, but the app kept having issues during drop off. It got resolved when I switched the app language to English. There's faulty coding in it.

Put a ramp on the back of the 6x12 enclosed trailer and a jack on the front.

Out of three uhauls in my location this was the only one that had the trailer I needed for donating a piano to a local school. This was only time the school was available and only for 2 hours. Sign on door said out to lunch till 1. No one there nor answering phone at 1:15-1:20. Woman showed up 15-20 after. Extremely unfriendly. Has a sign on counter NOT IN THE MOOD. No kidding! Tells me I won't be helping or guiding the hook up. The set up to get a truck in to hooking up is so awful. No room to back up to the hitch to load. I lifted and moved to my truck then she came out to tell me I was loading wrong trailer which I was because another was less expensive.I unhooked , put back and moved another and re hooked. A city worker on the road walked over to see if I needed help (what an amazing young man. Thank you again) I'm in my late 60's. I have never in all my years since before my 20's of renting from uhaul never been helped. I would think someone running an establishment would work the establishment. And the attitude is beyond professional and should not be greeting/working with the public

Had to vacuum the back of the truck prior to loading our furniture. Other than that, good service at a fair price. Merci.

truck had no operable outlet to charge phone. Drivers door/window not sealed very loud in cab.

Thankfully, the lady was there to help us rent the U-Haul without having to go through the online process. The survey does not seem to ask about the online experience. It's horrible. They request photographs as well as insist on calling someone else to verify the renter is a "reliable" person. In Marcus, my wife would pick up the phone as it was an unknown number. All the while we are spending time waiting for you hold to "approve "my use of vehicle. I believe it takes less security to access Fort Knox. If you can avoid the online rental service do it. Stick to human beings.

Had a hold on my account due to the fact that my husbands id number was also a number in PA so it almost kept me from renting so maybe have it to where the customer can figure that out before they go to lease or something.

The lady on staff made my return process very simple and waited to go to lunch until my Uber had arrived.

My husband checked the oil in the truck before we left to our destination and the oil needed to be changed bc it was black. The front side right light was held up with duct tape but it still worked.

3+ years with stuff in storage. Called Ruby every month to make my payment. She is the best! I will continue to call her from time to time just to say hi!

No one was there when I arrived. There really isn't a way to rate this place because there was zero interaction with anyone The location had steel bars sticking out of the ground and really seemed a bit dangerous safety wise

Pick up scheduled at 9 am she didn't arrive till 930 and we had loaders waiting at home that we were paying hourly. Then it wasn't ready. Had cart from last customers inside and then she had to find our blankets. We chose the option to drop anywhere and she even recommended it and then she assigned a drop location cause it is multiple drop problems.

Los Fresnos drop off receptionist was EXTREMELY rude, I walked in, she asked if I needed something I said yes that I would like to drop off a trailer, next she asked for paperwork and I told her I had an email from the pickup and she sighed and asked if I had a trailer or truck, I again let her know it was a trailer and she then said to just leave it and go ahead and leave. I asked where it should be left and she said anywhere, and if I knew the number. I started to ask what number, if it was the license plate or something. She then laughed and said she would take care of it while rolling her eyes. Very very rude and treated me like I was an idiot. I will never return to this location.

Equipment I had reserved wasn't in the truck. The back of the truck smelled horrible. The cab had an infestation of fruit flies and was filthy.

All was well with the dealers. Had an issue in Dodd City, Kansas where U-Hauls are targeted and given tickets even though they were not speeding. Because of the time issues I could not stay and fight the issue and they knew this. Please advise other travelers. Merci.

If truck is scheduled for 12 noon pick up then they should be open and not closed for lunch from 12-1pm. Wasted an hour waiting for them to return from lunch.
