Skyler DInitial drop off location was out of business. Then sat on hold for 30 minutes to get alternative drop off location. Had to waste another 30 minutes to drive to alternative drop off location and got charged for the extra miles that I had to drive to do this. Frustrating experience

Robert PThe truck that I ordered was extremely dirty. There was a Dog food all over it, there was trash, food, containers, hair everywhere. If I didn't need the truck so urgently at that time, I would not have excepted it. Also, I ordered the truck straight up. I did not want insurance, dollies, furniture, pads. I was charged for everything by the time I return the truck. The business I've rented from was not even open to give me a dolly or furniture pads, even if I wanted them. So I had an option to reject the receipt that was given at the time of drop off for someone to call me back within the next couple of days. No one ever called. So I'm thinking that U-Haul did me a solid because the truck was so dirty. I thought they gave it to me for free. Honestly, that would be the right thing to do. I still thought it was weird that no one called. Literally between two and three weeks later I receive a receipt of how much I owe. There are still discrepancies on the receipt. So I do have a claim in for a manager to get back to me. Even though the truck was so dirty, I'll still pay for it. But I'm not willing to pay for things that I did not order like insurance, dollies and furniture pads. U-Haul is always my go to when I need a rental truck. If you go back to my records I only just order the truck. I never order insurance or anything else that is offered. I know this is long and hopefully it helps. I just want U-Haul to do right and I will still make this my go to when I need a rental truck.

RAYMOND DCustomers are supposed to clean and sweep out the vehicle when they are done. They don't seem to do this.
Andrew TThe truck pulled hard to the right and needed and alignment . The oil life percentage reflected as 0 percent . When I obtained the truck I was told it was 3/4 full. I checked the fuel upon receipt and it was at 5/8 of a tank. I how ever did fill it to above 3/4 in fear of an up charge. .

AKIYA AI got there, key was not in lock box. I waited for several minutes trying to get ahold of u-haul (they had already charged my card), no answer. Finally a worker from the location walked out with the key and said oh my bad I forgot to put it in the lock box. Luckily the store was about to open and he was there. If it was earlier in the morning I would've been fucked
Michael MI would like to see a more secure key drop. It seemed like anyone could open the box and drive away with a truck. Maybe it's just me: I had a rental car stolen several years ago when the hotel clerk offered to keep the keys behind the desk until the real agent showed up.
john sLocation was fine, but u hauls service was absolutely horrible. The app failed me and cost me 30 minutes of waiting on hold to be able to return the vehicle. Funny how the app works fine to pick up the vehicle but does not work to return it. Then upon returning it I was hit with many hidden fees. When I rent a truck for 2 hours from HomeDepot or Lowes it actually costs the 20bucks that they advertise. No hidden fees. Why would anyone ever rent from UHaul who lies about the actual cost of rental. Won't be using service again. Customer service was awful. App was awful. Price was awful. Truck was clean and well maintained tho.

CHARLENE YI was charged for equipment that wasn't in the truck the gaslight was on. And when I returned the truck they said don't block the exits but there was no were to park my truck because my spot was now taken and the lot was extremely small. Also the box to return my key was broke so it wouldn't lock !
