James and Tony were very professional and had the right truck for my moving needs. The truck was clean and appeared to be in great maintenance shape. I would definitely recommend Lowest Price Auto Glass to friends and family.

Tires need to be inspected prior to renting the trailer out. Two tire were near the warning mark before I left and one of the two worn out ones failed. Your uhaul dealer at McHenry and claribel was no help at all. They told me they could not put a tire on the trailer and said we are not mechanics. They had two guys there dress as mechanics standing around doing nothing while I had to wait in the sun for over a hour to get road side assistance to come. The Mchenry store was rude and I will never go there again. Your Trask uhaul was very good and helpful.

cheryl cThis was after hours drop off and we were not told it would be closed. I wanted the McHenry location and was told when I picked up the computer said trash lane. I don't know why I wasn't able to pick what location I wanted. Then come to find out after driving to two other locations that were open that if we went to McHenry to have them help us we would get charged more. Thankfully my husband was with me I would not have been able to unhitch the trailer by myself. The self check out was not good for us but we weren't given any other option by "traffic" This is not good for people not physically able. I was not impressed it was a frustrating process all the way around from reservation to drop off.. I've rented u haul in the past and it seemed easier.

Not a big deal since there was another truck that was ready. Maybe a notification whether the truck is ready or not will be helpful especially I just got dropped off to pick up the truck.

GRACE OThe customer service was great but the cleanliness of the truck was not great. It looked like it hadn't been washed in a while and the truck had odor of cigarette smoke. The customer service offset any concerns with the condition of the truck for the 24 hours we used it for.

I rented equipment from you on two different occasions & both times you overbooked equipment so our reservation pick up time was changed. We had people scheduled to help us move and had to reschedule because of your lack of communication! I am sharing my experiences & warning others how you do business. And advising them to use other rental companies.

Randall WWe live in Turlock, Ca. Had to pick it up in Laythrop,Ca. Waited in Laythrop for 3 hours and was told later to pick it up in Modesto. Had to extend return day by 2 days because by the time I got home all my help had left. So i didn't start packing until the next day. When i returned the truck a day early they would not credit me for that.

scarlett pLowest Price Auto Glass needs to be held accountable for faulty equipment. The trailer I rented didn't have enough air pressure in the tire which caused it to blow once I loaded my car onto the trailer. Had this facility gone through the proper procedures to check the functionality and overall safety of the trailer, this would not have happened. If I could rate less than one star, I would.
