Texas main office and i called the Abilene Office and these people was super nice and helpful and said there was a truck and trailer in Plainview Tx and they called to verify the truck was ready and I got the outfit in Plainview. I did get some extra miles, time and allowance for the extra mileage i had to drive. Texas came thru for me. and the experience was great My recommendation is to do away with Clovis store and open one in Farwell tx.

The uhaul was great but the moving professionals I hired through uhaul was a very bad experience very bad attitude paid for four hours they only worked 2 hours didn't move everything now I got hire again

Did not go as smoothly as I anticipated. There was a young kid who had no idea what he was doing working the counter. I had tried to call the place several times before my arrival, there was no answer.

I have used Uhaul Car Dollies several times. This location Refused to help me with the Removal of the car dolly... They left me stranded and stuck, and in need of help. I had to search for somebody, anybody to help me.

The process to rent a uhaul is much simpler with a person. I used my phone to get access to my uhaul and it was very cumbersome. I'm a younger male who understands technology and phones very well. I had to keep redoing parts of the beginning and end of the process. The website kept hanging up and getting stuck.

As per usual, I absolutely hate working with uhaul. I have had to rent from uhaul four times in the past three months and each time they have managed to mess up my order. The first time there was no key on the box. The next time they were asking me to drive two hours north to pick up my truck. The third time, it was 30 minutes north and the scheduled my pickup time when the company was closed. This final time, and I do mean final time, I ordered a ball and hitch on their site. It was in the add on page after securing my trailer, guess what wasn't there when I went to get my trailer??? I honestly don't know how this company is still around. I will never use your services again, I will pay a higher price to ensure accuracy and some sort of accountability.

We were moved 3 times. Original pick up was to be in North Vernon. got moved to a location in Seymour, then another location in Seymour. Asked for dolly. Did not check truck. assumed it would be in the back but was not. Had to go purchase a dolly which delayed us by 2 hours. Returned truck with what we thought was correct amount of gas but was informed it was not and charged an additional $30

Five stars for customer service! I picked up a big truck Tuesday evening scheduled for 4 pm after work. I was exhausted and stressed out. I was struggling using the mobile check in option that I thought would be so much easier than talking to an actual person..ha! The lady working was leaving the office and must have felt my frustration and offered to help even though it was just after closing time for their office. She was so kind and helpful and served a reminder to me to just breathe and slow down. There are people willing to help others! Her kindness and A+ customer service was so appreciated. Would rent from this location again in a heartbeat! Thank you so very much for the fantastic customer service.

Other than maybe a faster system for the location. The woman that was helping me was trying everything she could to get my profile to come up I understand what it's like being the one behind the desk it can get frustrating but she handled it amazingly well and she was so helpful and is the reason I'll will use that location from now on thank you again for such amazing service and making a hard time a little easier on me I definitely recommend using that location too rent a U-Haul

The only issue I found with the equipment was after finishing my move there was a major leak in the bulkhead of the the truck and I made it aware to the people upon returning.. there was ice frozen in the front of the bulkhead.. thank you

We changed our drop off location from the one they chose, about 20 miles out of our area to one that was 3 blocks from our unload destination. Dont let them choose, know your area.

Location smelled of smoke inside. Not enough room to park trailer. Trailer started rolling into my truck when it was unhooked, had to hold it back and no tire blocks to hold in place. Luckily I had something in my pickup bed I could reach and put under tires. As if I left to find something it would have kept running and hit my truck. Attendant nowhere to be found sitting all this. When I went inside to ask she told me to just use rocks from the landscaping. Not only is this weird, but they weren't even within reach and if I had gone to get one while unhooking the trailer, it would have hit my vehicle

The trailer had a defective tire that failed half way through our 934 mile trip. It was promptly fixed, but don't use the phone to get help, you will be on hold and nobody will answer it. We had to stop several times to air it up before getting someone to help. It delayed our arrival by at least two hours. Also the trailer leaked, clearly had been repaired before. The brakes were probably bad also, thought it was my truck, but as soon as we unhooked it, no more noises. My destination had at least 5 drop off locations, but I was told to return it to a place 16 miles away, very hard to find. This is the 5th trailer I have rented from Uhaul hopefully my last as it has been my worst experience with them. Check the equipment out when picking it up and take back if it does not work, broke down on I75 in Georgia is no fun!

I was charged 50$ on my card that was not supposed to be there. I over filled tank and brought it bk 24 hours from when I got it.
