Ron BNo one was at the location when I arrived. We had to call multiple times to get a response. They could not find my reservation, although I booked online through Uhaul. Very unprofessional staff and unkept location. There was garbage on the ground all around the premises. It was not a good experience at all.
Amy SWe drove the truck exactly 56 miles and were charged $152 in gas after filling it back up to where it was when we first picked it up. We were also charged an extra day even though we dropped it off hours before it was supposed to be returned. The owner said that he would be there to log it back in on time over the phone and instead charged another day. We had to call UHaul to get it sorted out and they apologized for the poor service. This place should not be allowed to rent UHauls to anyone. It's a very shady looking business to begin with and the service was terrible.
Ben PThe place was completely unorganized. I put in for a rental a month and a half in advance and confirmed the rental request 4 times just to arrive at the pick up location to be told the rental they had was under a different name and that I couldn't take the truck as they only had one. Not only that, they only had 2 trucks at this locations, 1 was a 10 ft and another was a 15 ft truck with a tow dolly (the ont that I ordered) and he contacted his supervisor about the last name issue and his supervisor told them just to give me the 10ft truck with no tow dolly even though all my paper work lined up with the 15ft truck and tow dolly. This place also had no equipment outside of the trucks, I had ordered a hand truck(utility dolly) and some moving blankets and this location has neither. In all I spent 45 minutes at this location trying to get a truck and had to Convince him to give me the correct truck. The individual was completely unprofessional and the palce was very inviting.

Monica GI was overcharged by 150 miles and an extra day- i have called uhaul multiple times and they still cannot get someone locally to contact me and refund me for the mileage
Travis THave the appropriate personnel there during published business hours. Ensure the equipment is clean (inside and out) and ready to be rented.
Robert HMr. Sherman was prompt, professional and very attentive.. A great experience. The trailer worked perfectly for our needs in hauling furniture.

Janice WThe owner was very helpful in checking the in and verifying the truck was in the state of which I picked it up. He and his wife sent an email clarifying my receipt for the return of the truck. I appreciated their help. Overall, it was a great experience with the use of UHaul services.
