This trailer was not the right size, we tried to make it work, but had to find a dealer with a 6x12 to have room for furniture. This is a military move and I can't be reimbursed for a trailer that wasn't used. I discussed this with the site, but there were no options, causing a double charge for two trailers, I turned in the small one and the 6x12 worked. This caused additional mileage and the charge for the unused trailer. Can I get a discount or refund. I'm used the 20 foot truck to pull the trailer, not the F150.
THOMAS WThe lady at this location was very nice and very helpful even though I returned the trailer earlier than scheduled.

WALTER TThe wheel lug nuts were rusty but only one they had. Noticed one tire had more wear than other three but wasn't terrible; however, half way through my trip the tread blew off that tire. The response time took a while but the mechanic who showed up was great and very efficient. No other issues The representative was friendly and helpful.
Ronald GAvailability issues caused me to have to drive an additional 160 miles, which led to an 80 mile overage that I was charged for, and the trucks tank was at less than a quarter tank of fuel when I received it. $120 to fill the truck up, $80 additional for mileage fees on top of the inconvenience of having to find a ride, and drive 60 miles out of my way to pick the truck up. Y'all gotta hell of a thing going.
Casey SIt is a towing service business. The experience was like going to get a car out of "impound" or visit to a jail. No public restroom was available. The location was deserted and the doors were locked, no staff was visible. Had to call a number on a sign to ask if anyone was around. When I got home and opened the door of the trailer, it was not very clean at all. It was the newer model trailer with the rollup door, I think I prefer the swinging doorS. On the plus side, the equipment did have great tires, with the proper pressure. Made a 600+ mile trip with no issues.

Robert QThis review is for both LW's (Celina, TX location) AND R&B Auto Body LLC (Van Alstyne, TX) since I had to deal with both. First, LW was good. Friendly staff, but did not have blankets nor furniture dolly. However, R&B Auto Body LLC was an entirely different story and review. Unfortunately, UHAUL doesn't allow me to rate just R&B Auto.Can't even begin to describe how bad this location is. This location should NOT be a contracted partner with UHAUL. No one answered the door, even though I could hear music coming from inside. Contacted UHAUL who was unable to reach business. Without a doubt, the absolute worst experience I have EVER had trying to pick up a UHAUL rental. This place needs to be removed from your list as a pickup location. I would drive an hour out of the way just so I don't have to use this location ever again. Wasted my time and money and I don't have a single nice thing to say about this absolute garbage-infested dumb they call a business.

Steven STrailer was dirty with black dust that dirtied my furniture bed set, trailer leaked in the upper left hand corner with water when it rain damaging my belongings. All info was provided to the representative during return.

Richard VExtremely upset, the guy rented me a trailer with the left turn signal not working!!! I got in the car to check the lights, He said all was fine. I did not get out and check myself, but I will in the future. After 5 hours driving I pulled in for gas. I had my lights on and noticed the left light not working, but the right was OK. I checked all the wiring and plugs, no issues. I'm PISSED. I could have wrecked.

Stacy oI picked up the truck from Sanger storage and it was dirty. I didn't think anything of it because the only thing they talked about was making sure I returned the truck with a full tank of gas. The contract also said nothing about cleaning. I used it for one 15 min trip. The location I returned it to charged me a $25 cleaning fee when I returned the truck in the same condition I got it in. The man at LW's told me he would refund me the money and charge the Sanger storage but I was not refunded. Not very happy that I'm being charged for something that I didn't do and was never discussed.

Dan AIssues validating the return. Equipment was returned before noon on Sunday and had many issues trying to get this confirmed. After using and telling both pick up places for the uhaul truck & trailer we rented at separate places in Ennis the location where we would drop off the equipment. Phone automated service was terrible and couldn't even speak to a real person.
Andrew FNot related to the location itself, but the U-Haul app on my phone and being able to pick up the vehicle before the location opened was pathetic. The app didn't work. The system didn't recognize my reservation number and I had to call the customer number and be put on hold for 20 minutes. Then the service rep had to walk me through here different attempts to get the system to recognize my reservation number. After that time the location owner showed up to open his shop and I just went through him....an hour after I wanted to pick up the vehicle. The after hours pick-up system using a phone is a colossal waste of time and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The owner of the pick-up location was great and helped me out. U-Haul itself, not so much.
Jonathan HI was sent to a Uhaul drop off location that I couldn't even visibly find off the road. Once I finally found it, the guy told me he had no drop-offs scheduled. I then showed him my confirmation and the address, and he eventually found where I could drop off there. At this point I had to move the truck and drive up a grassy, muddy, and steep embankment to park the truck. This is the point where he tells me I had driven 20 000 miles OVER the designated amount. Which is clearly ridiculous having only rented the truck for less than 24 hours, and driving from Uptown Dallas to North Dallas. I wasted my entire morning trying to figure all this out (mind you, this was not MY error, this was the error of Uhaul at the first location to incorrectly put the wrong "out" mileage. I just moved, so I had to reschedule my entire morning and reschedule WiFi being set up which is a huge problem because I work from home. Because of Uhaul, my entire day was wasted, and it has taken THIS long for me to even hear back on any type of solution. I have used Uhaul MULTIPLE times, and I have NEVER experienced this type of service... or lack thereof.
