I have to give my card number everytime I go I can never just pick it up in the key box like I set it up for and I believe they are using my personal information I had to change my debit card because it was added to someone's apple pay a few hours after I left

Gregory HThe location I selected online didn't have the truck size I needed. The representative called me the day before to tell me this location had the truck. I asked him how far was the location from the 1st location I original chose he said 4 miles away, that was a lie. This location is actually 14 miles away and end a very bad neighborhood. When I got there this location was closed. No one told me that I had to do a online check in to get the truck, so after being on hold for 15 minutes in this neighborhood I was able to figure out how to retrieve the truck. Then there was no dolly in the truck and I was charged for it.
Roxanne RI had selected the 24/7 Truck Share option. When I arrived, I was not able to rent the truck through my phone, so I called customer service. They indicated the location did not have the truck ready and the keys were not in the truck, and I would have to wait until they opened (1 hour later than my original reservation). I waited until the location was supposed to open, and they never did. Therefore, I had to drive to a different location to get the truck, two hours later than I was originally supposed to have the truck. A stressful experience on an already stressful day. Do not recommend.
Tawny BI don't feel any improvement is necessary! I was treated with the upmost of dignity and respect. Staff was very courteous and handled my rental process in a timely manner. Everything was explained to me in detail and staff welcomed any questions I may have had. I admired the cleanliness, great organization and overall appearance of the store. I was welcomed, thanked with a smile and the professionalism was one of great value…I couldn't have completed my moving process without them! I would highly recommend this establishment and I will be returning, in the future, for my U-Haul needs! A Special Thank You To Mohammad…Keep Up The Great Work!

TONYA GBe up front and let the customer know the truth. When I picked up one guy said that I needed to be back I think it was 4pm exactly because a customer needs the truck at that time. When I got back I told another guy that I needed more time because I didn't finish and he said I could had kept the truck longer. I saw no customer waiting took pic with time and date 30 mins. later and truck was still there.

ALEXANDER HI only had issue with 24/7 access so I had to wait for the store to open. Therefore I was down on my move. I had actually ran over on my time due to that. I was connected to three of your all's customer service reps and no one could help me. This was very inconvenient and I would like the adjustment I was guaranteed.

Zekeiel TMoving day in itself creates such anxiety you don't realize how much you have accumulated until you undergo this challenge. I found comfort in dealing with this location because they were helpful, answered all my questions and made my experience less stressful which is always a plus. What can you do to improve for the next customer "make sure your website details the use of an appliance dolly can only be used with certain size trucks." Let the customer know NOT all trucks have ramps attached.

ANGEL NThe equipment I had reserved was not available when I went to pick up my rental. The location offered a smaller vehicle for a discounted rate but still wish I had the vehicle I had originally requested.

RICHARD WI used the mobile app it took a while to get started. The app had issues letting me upload pictures so I had to proceed w/o uploading them. The process was easy and returning was a snap. Javier was helpful in assisting me through the process.
