After being sent to this location after we could not access the truck at the first location due to being given the incorrect code for the combination lock to the key box, we realized that once we finally got the truck to the house for loading, there was a padlock on the hatch. Meanwhile, the renters we paid for were already at the house waiting because it took so long to get the truck in the first place. We had to call Uhaul roadside assistance to get the padlock off, and after waiting 30 minutes, I was notified that someone would be out in 90 minutes. So we had to go buy $53 bolt cutters out of our own pocket to cut the lock because we had another set of movers scheduled at the second location an hour away. What an absolutely abysmal process and service.

The Dooley was missing. Huge inconvenience for a solo mover. Had to actually go and pay for another one.
Roderic RWhomever had this truck before me was in a lot of mud but I really needed to get my moving done today but the inside floor was mud stained and the whole bottom of the truck near the muffler other than that everything else was excellent.
