Never received my refund back

You can.... 1. MAKE the locks to the black boxes a little easier for customers to open and 2. Make sure the vehicle actually has fuel (as the fuel light indicator was ON at the time of pick up) and 3. Make sure all drug paraphernalia and remnants are removed from the vehicle before considering it in proper condition to be re-rented. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE experience!!!

I was told I had to pay 47 dollars which I did , and the following day 139 dollars was taken out my account and when I tried to call it said the line was disconnected but I just talk to him yesterday. Currently still waiting on refund

Did not meet us to pick up equipment. The hub of the trailer broke during day two of our trip and we were delayed by 2,5 hours while it was being repaired.

Uhaul agent did not show up. I waited over an hour. One of his limo drivers called him and he said he wasn't coming, to just take the equipment and he would do the paperwork later. Since I was now running late, and no other locations had this trailer, I did not have many options. Had to connect the trailer without assistance, which is difficult for such a heavy trailer.

Location was in a very bad part of Chicago where you get heckled by people on the street at 7:30am. The other issue is there is bad cell phone reception, whereby submitting photos of the truck was near impossible--had to walk around the parking lot to try to get the photos to go through. The pick up location was also 30 minutes away from desired location and I was charged extra for the additional miles incurred by having to go so far to pick up the truck.

I wait for an hour at the location on Cicero and lake for an hour before regional sent me to another location on gladys and Cicero.
