The last time I used UHaul they were extremely helpful and friendly. They hooked the trailer up, took pictures of it hooked up correctly, and took pictures of any issues with the trailer. This guy at this location however; he just watched us hook it up and told me he can only help when I asked if he was supposed to do it. No pictures were taken. The whole experience felt weird and awkward.DEREK S.
Guy at this location called me at noon on 11/16/21 then again at 2PM asking if I had their equipment. I told him yes and was planning on bringing it back when I got off of work. He said he would have to charge a late fee because it was supposed to be brought back at 10AM. Problem is I never received a contract because the guy in TX entered in my email one letter off. I brought back at 5PM and the guy asked me if I wanted an email receipt and I told him last time I didn't receive it. He told me to come inside and he would send it now. That is when I realized they had my email wrong. He sent the confirmation that I had returned the trailer and along with it another charge for 30 $. I asked him why he charged me and he said he didn't. I showed him receipt and was told to go online and dispute the charge. Very poor service.Jeffrey R.

Equipment was clean and in good working order. I arrived at my allotted time. I checked in. My trailer was hooked up to my truck and I was on my way. I recommend this location based on their customer service and their selection of available trailers to rentDouglas M.

The attendants at the location were unprofessional. The unit smelled like pot and was full of ashes. After I dropped the truck off they they charged me 70 $for fuel even though it was brought back with the same amount of fuel as when picked up. AwfulMICHAEL E.
The trailer was disgusting! I had to throw loads of trash away when I pulled off. Then they charged me for 2 days when I only had the trailer for 7 hours. It was a horrible experience and I honestly shouldn't have to pay a dime for this rental.MYRON J.

The place didn't help or check the fuel or the truck was dirty and the trailer for the car was damaged. That's what I found out when I returned the track and trailer here in PhoenixBENNY D.
More training for the guy who runs it cause I turned it in day early but he still going to charge a fee for turning my u haul truck into him and not in walker ! Plus never got email from him about recitesTyner G.
The store employee arranging our rental did not seem knowledgeable with the process; he used his iPhone to process the rental; when we returned the rented trailer (approximately 6 hours later), he didn't remember us and was unfamiliar with our rental- we didn't like the idea that he made the arrangements on his phone.BRENT L.

My recommendation is U-Haul withdraw the franchise from this location. The right front head light was burned out on low beam. A hand written note about leaving the lock somewhere near the minimart was left on the passenger seat. When I inquired about getting a padlock the staff was completely ignorant whether locks were available and recommendation I buy 1â€ MasterLock that would not secure a high school locker much less and a moving truck. In summary unprofessional and ignorant. This location makes U-Haul look like a fourth rate company in a third world country.PHILLIP D.
Don't allow someone to book a truck and equipment when they aren't available. We had to change our moving plans three times entirely because U-Haul didn't have its scheduling in check. U-Haul made our move unnecessarily stressful.Gregory P.

Were not helpful. Did not have all requested things ready. I had to call around to all the local U-Haul stores to see if they had an appliance dolly or padding.. i had to go to two different location to pick up things. The person operating this location lied and told me to just go down the street to another location and they will have everything you need. They didn't.JOHN L.

The truck was so dirty I had to clean it before I could move my stuff into it.JOSHUA T.
Clean the trucks appropriately. It was absolutely disgusting and smelled like an ash tray. There was trash in the cab and in the bed of the truck along with broken makeup bottles everywhere. Also make sure that the attendants are thoroughly inspecting everything including the gas gauge. We were charged for fuel that was not used.Brett J.
The location acceptable, but the attendant was mentally unqualified for this job. . He had cameras watching the lot. I told him I just parted the small cargo container. Which one? The only one in the lot! There was a truck and an open trailer. Let's go see. I told him about the light, he kept asking which one. I said left FOUR times and had given him a hand written note about the issues and my name., Then walked him to the back. Once inside, he kept taking customers for his mini mart business. when he finally logged me in, I had to write the complaint in his phone as he didn't know what to do. took me 30 minutes to drop the trailer off and I did all the work. I have rented many times, this was terrible.Ed H.
